Had reserved room for two adults and two children. We arrived later than expected to the sofa bed not made up for the children. The housekeeping arrived quickly with bedding but expected us to set up the bed. The room was basic and shower cleanliness questionable. The staff were all lovely and happy to help. The little cafe had a nice selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit and coffee for the morning. The pool was open early (6am) which was perfect for our two jet lagged kids and the reason we chose the hotel for our one night stay in Keene.

The property itself, and the room was quite lovely and very clean, which is very appreciated. The AC unit in the family above my room, were noisy and made it difficult to sleep well. Your website stated that breakfast was included, which did not turn out to be the case. I did enjoy being so close to downtown Keene and it’s walk ability.
