Good, clean place to stay. Was surprised there wasn’t a pool but didn’t miss it since I was in town to visit family. Cafe had good food and big portions. Valet guys were nice and smiling. I would stay again. Best part, I had my 2 dogs with me.

Unique property in the center of town. Very nice suite for kids and pets. The rock climbing was a huge hit.

The room was very comfortable and attractive. The valet staff were friendly and efficient. The front desk person was really not interested in us checking in. Usually the front desk person is welcoming and will tell you about hotel amenities for example, that there is a restaurant, where it is located and the hours. We stopped for a drink one evening when we returned from our kid’s home. Since the place closes at 9 the bartender he made our drinks to take to our room which was nice. The next morning we went for breakfast. The coffee was cold and seemed like it had sat awhile. I said something and our server kindly replaced it. When both our breakfasts arrived cold we gave up! We come to Reno quite often. First and last time we will stay here! There are lots of other choices!

It was a nice hotel for a family stay. Parking being further away was a bit difficult in the snowy weather and the conditions of the parking garage elevator could use some attention.

The parking is offsite, you have to walk a block and a half in the snow and ice. The old garage is unattended, poorly lighted and very low ceilings. I had to walk past homeless people, it was very creepy, I definitely wouldn't want any of my family going into that garage.

It very close to popular casino’s and it is smoke free so you can stay with small children without your room smelling like smoke.

The sheets and comforters were dirty and stained. The parking was ridiculous. Off site and in a VERY dirty parking garage. We had children with us and we couldn’t even walk the stairs in the garage (one child is afraid of elevators) because there was homeless people sleeping on the stairs. When we told the staff they just said “oh sorry” but did nothing about it. We would never stay at this hotel again. The room also only had one air conditioner unit with no other vents so regardless of how low we had the AC the room was very hot and uncomfortable, the beds were also very hard and uncomfortable.

Absolute nightmare. There was an event the night we came with our puppy. Staff was exhausted and not at all welcoming. I.e. didn’t even hold the elevator door open, so our children got stuck in there without a key and are not terrified of elevators! Couldn’t get a cart to use for our stuff. Staff just said they get used and end up in peoples rooms and they can’t do anything about it. It was SO loud from the cars outside and inside in the hallways. Drunk people everywhere, and not in a good part of town. Not recommended for families.

This place is clean and sanitized above my expectations for a pet friendly place. We chose to stay here because our family traveling with us has dogs and honestly I was hesitant because most places smell like urine. This place DID NOT!! The only drawback was the bums outside. There are lots up and down the street. The city did however have crews cleaning and power washing sidewalks and building walls early in the morning. This place also doesn’t have a pool which was a bummer for my kids and they charge the hotel guests for their rock climbing, discounted or not guests should have that perk especially when there’s no other means to entertain kids. I would stay here again if I travel with animals. The restaurant was delicious and the wait staff was great. I highly recommend the scooters you rent on the street they are sooo much fun. Also find The Eddy it’s such a fun place and escape from the reno Main Street
