All the staff members were pleasant and so helpful. I will recommend this hotel to my family & friends. In addition, the hotel was very clean and pleasant.

I asked for a room facing the street, instead I got a room facing the neighborhood. I had family picking me up, where I could see them. It was a surprise for my sister’s graduation from UNLV. They had to call me and ruined the surprise

Clean rooms and common areas, friendly staff, comfortable beds, full-sized refrigerator, good shower, good sized-room, pet friendly and dining options within walking distance. Very good option if you need to stay in the North Las Vegas area. We were there visiting family and it fully met our needs and expectations.

We had a family emergency and needed to be in Las Vegas. Our family member would be in surgery until the early AM. I called the hotel and asked if I could check in early and they accommodated me without any issues. The front desk girl was very sweet ( it was 4am) and understanding. Our room was very clean. The hotel is located next to a busy road so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs.
