Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Nevada, MO

We came for a family function and didn't know the area. The hotel staff were friendly, had a fast check in, and they kept our coffee replenished every day which is a must lol. Well definitely stay here again if the need arises

We were satisfied with everything about the stay. We were there 1 night with our children. We got the suite that could sleep 5. Breakfast was excellent.

The man at counter when we checked in was very friendly and and went above and beyond to make sure breakfast was out early so that all the kids could eat before they had to leave for a competition. The room was clean and comfortable.

The pool “heater” was out and was probably 55° and so we couldn’t swim but the one night. Guy at the front desk was very nice but had very messy attire on. His shirt had burn holes from cigarettes, everyone always seemed to take smoke breaks which lingered into the hotel, there were also kids running around the pool area and then going into the workout room soaking wet messing with the equipment and their parents weren’t even paying attention. The staff member mentioned above was standing there not doing anything about it either. The hot tub was disgustingly dirty. You could see stuff floating around in it and there were no towels to dry off with there either. The cleaning lady that was of much older age was an absolute sweetheart. She took care of any and everything we needed and spoke very kindly. She definitely deserves a raise and a promotion. The stay overall I’d give like a 3.1/5 not the worst hotel I’ve been in but not the best for the money I’ve spent.

The hotel was great but unfortunately we had a room next to us with many small unhappy children. The walls are very thin and it was hard to get to sleep.

We really appreciated having a nice clean suite to visit with family and will definitely stay there again The breakfast was lovely and the attention from staff made us feel welcome
