To long for check in, guy was friendly but hard to understand, should be someone who can speak English without the foreign accent!! Did not appreciate phone call about my dog that was having anxity seperation, I had to cut my meal short and my visit with family, I understand but I was forced to stay in room the rest of night! When I went to bed people were coming and going, I had to listen to slamming doors, semi's, kids and I would bet they did not get phone calls!! Cut my visit short left the next morning, also the frig in my room 101 top outside of it was dirty as well as the top of coffee machine, my air conditioner was barley cooling my room which contributed to loss of sleep!! Parking lot on back side is terrible needs to have asphalt poured or concrete!! Breakfast time starts at 6 and ends at 9 not everyone is up at 6 needs to be extented to 10.

There was dry urine streaks on the wall by the toilet. Dry urine on toilet seat. The beds were really hard. My parents stayed in another room that smelled like mildew. My sisters family had a room that was moldy. When my brother in law called about the mold, he was told that an upstairs unit had flooded & damaged the lower units.

The manager when we checked in called me “dear” a hundred times and was incredibly condescending. Someone should inform him it is 2024 and calling single women with their child pet names is degrading, unprofessional and sexist. He also laughed when I expressed concern that my credit card was “on file” and said, “dear, that’s how it works when you check into a hotel.” Won’t be coming back.
