We’ve stayed here several times while visiting family in town. Never disappointed. Great staff, always clean and quiet hotel. Easy check in and check out.

Awesome hotel! Natalie at the front desk was so in incredibly helpful -- She helped us get a crib (Pack N' Play) set up in our hotel room for our newborn, arranged for us to have adjoining hotel rooms for our large family, and allowed us to have a late checkout (1pm). Angie who worked the free breakfast was also great and she made sure that we havr plenty of food.

It was a pleasant stay. Had 4th floor was quiet, freindly staff -- our group is a little rowdy but considerate to other families. But the latenight games in the lobby when no one was around the staff joined in and made our night even more enjoyable. Even popped popcorn for us.

This was the last hotel my family of six had stayed at on a month long road trip and it was the best hotel of probably ten we stayed at. They didn't act annoyed that we had kids, they served chocolate chip cookies and milk at night, and they came running with pool toys when they saw us headed that way. Breakfast was great, they had great recommendations for pizza delivery, and they knew us by name (so personal!). Great customer service.

We spent 4 days at the Hampton Inn in St. Louis while visiting family and seeing the St. Louis area. The hotel was very comfortable and the employees always pleasant and ready to help with any questions or requests. We've stayed here once before and plan on staying any time we come back to see our family.Thanks,

They were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. We were here for our honeymoon, and they were absolutely wonderful. They made us a card and signed all of their names. Just great. We'll go here again when we travel to see family.
