Our daughter had brain surgery at Barns Jewish Hospital! Only an 8 minute walk away! Family ready, full kitchen and peaceful evening with family! Service was excellent! If we need to stay in St.Louis this is where we will be staying! Country girl goes to the Big City 💕

It was a truly lovely stay. Everything was so clean and tidy (the room/hallways/the lobby/the pool); the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the sheets were silky, the pillows fluffy; the maintenance was excellent on the building. Our kids had a wonderful time at the pool though it is on the smaller side. Even the elevators are fast. There is not a single area I would say would need improvement. I was simply feeling “oh this is a nice, nice hotel.”

Our room was great for a family of 5. Disappointed in the cleanliness. The room did not feel clean upon arrival. Marks and handprints on the bathroom door, hair in the drawers that did not belong to our family.

I loved the lay out of the room. It made it more comfortable for our family of 5. Their was a mini kitchen that helped tremendously when we ordered in.

As a mother traveling with children, I didn't feel the safest staying on the backside. However the staff was kind and the room met our needs!

It was generally ok. The only issues were that there was a lot of noise from the outdoor patios and the family upstairs may have confused their hotel room for a trampoline. The breakfast was just ok and the staff had a hard time keeping the breakfast area clean.

There was a screw on the ground near the air conditioning unit that I watched my 2 year old pickup. When I unplugged my charger from the side table the whole charging port tried to come out the screw was just sitting in there. All very minor things. We did NOT like the bathroom door as there was no way to close it all the way for any type of privacy. We only stayed 1 night and the kids absolutely loved everything regardless and all things were very minor for just 1 night.

The property was convenient to all of the activities, everyone was friendly, breakfast was excellent (kids loved the mini waffle maker). Everything was clean and our room was quiet. Two elevators made waiting not a problem. Parking behind the building was convenient and it was nice to be able to keep an eye on our car from the room. We felt safe in this area and there were plenty of food options just down the street. Very nice, we'll stay again!

Our stay as a family of 6 was nice. The room was spacious and the staff was very helpful, nice and informative with things to do nearby. I even loved the shuttle service. Great employee ( Kierra)

Great hotel for the family. Super close to most attractions and the freeway. Clean and quiet. Big plus theres a bar/bbq place right across the street plus another place on the other corner for breakfast. Only knock the hotel was the breakfast sucked! Ok for a quick bagel out the door other than that not good.
