Hotel accommodation was perfect for our family needs.the complimentary bottled water is very much appreciated. Just a few things would be good, extra toilet paper.

Extremely packed hotel, fairly basic amenities for the cost, arrived to a broken AC and our room was 88 degrees, the TV also didn’t work—so the head of maintenance had to spend 90min sorting all of that out when I asked to be moved rooms. The head of maintenance was super kind and thorough but we had to sweat it out in there while everything was being fixed. There were also extremely loud teens and families staying on our floor who spent the night running up and down the halls and shouting at one another and slamming doors (from roughly 2am until 7am) so we got no sleep. Not worth it for the cost.

Run down. Beds were old and uncomfortable. Walls paper thin could hear all the kids running around. Breakfast - well everything was out. I don’t think they were prepared for the number of guests staying.

- Found a dirty sock in our bed - top sheet was used as a base sheet - door next to our room was kicked in - a few other experiences not great so we left after 20 min. The front desk clerk was super nice and friendly, but not somewhere I felt comfortable staying with kids

Carpet missing in room from someone cutting it out. Fridge had dents in it Toliet seat had pee and nastyness on it They charge 18$ to have your car in the parking lot Food in fold out couch so kids slept in our bed.

I liked how our room had a seperate space for our kids but the beds were so uncomfortable none of us slept well. Also, dont be fooled qith the price. They charge you for parking. $40 for 2 nights. Not happy

It was nice, we were upgraded to a bigger room at no cost that way we didn’t need to wait for our room to be cleaned. It was quiet didn’t hear kids screaming in other rooms or people running in hallways. Breakfast was awesome!! Everyone was really nice. Plus it was close to all the activities we had planned.
