Renaissance St. Louis Airport Hotel

Everything was great except the check-in process. The hotel was hosting 3 family reunions and a Gala. Online check-in and digital key was not available. It was more than a 30 minute wait.

Great Experience besides my toddler finding some things housekeeping should have found. But the response once brought to management was remarkable. I would definitely give them another go!!!

I booked through a 3rd party with the renaissance hotel and it was a horrible experience. I booked a king bed room with free wifi, free on site parking, and breakfast included. Upon arriving there was a problem with which nights and days where booked. I had to pay for parking, the breakfast was not included, and the wifi was not free. I spoke with 2 service desk workers and a manager on why everything was different from what was said online and they all said it was an ongoing problem that they are aware of and a lot of complaints where made about it. They also stated that nothing at the hotel was complementary and there was nothing they could do. They were not willing to accommodate for anything knowing this was a problem. This is a hotel that gets a lot of traveling families who visit St. Louis and this would be a horrible situation to be in if I was from out of town and under the impression this hotel has all these complementary amenities and then get there and they dont. I called the front desk for a noise disturbance and nothing was done about it. I called for new towels and I had to call 2 more times for towels and it was still 30mins after the 3rd call that they brought the towels up. This is not an establishment I would be revisiting again.

This is a good place to Stay with the family!!

My stay would have been rated higher but the internet did not work correctly and at 2a there were kids yelling and screaming in the hallway. I probably will not stay here again.

Property has been good overall although there were some noisy events going on (high school reunions, kids running up and down the hallways, etc)

There was a large family reunion in the hotel so the staff was very busy so the customer service wasn't very good. Have to figure out how to handle that volume of guest and still provide quality cystomer servixe to the other guest.

Kid/Family Friendly. Me and my kids always enjoy staying here when we are in town.

The hotel was very clean and maintained. The staff goes above and beyond. We had car trouble and we’re unable to leave the parking lot the maintenance worker offered help several times and loaned tools to help with repair and the general manager was friendly enough to personally run my husband to the auto parts store to get what he needed. They also gave us an extended checkout time being we had no way to leave and children with us. I will stay here every time we visit St Louis!

My family and I really enjoyed staying here.
