The Good: Complementary apples in the lounge Water bottle refiller Fitness facility with good set of dumbells Breakfast area stayed open overnight, some snacks, a microwave, and a toaster The Bad: Apathetic staff Pool heater not working Pool towels the size of a hand towel Hot tub not working One fitness facility AC not working Room AC sounded like it was going to explode Staff would not make a second room card for a family of four Tub covered in hair, like someone just shaved and didnt wash out the hair Room window shade would not close Asked for extra towels, they never came Bedside outlet broken

The staff was kind and friendly. The hotel was clean but really need to be updated. It wasn’t the Hampton experience that my family was use to.

My family and I stayed at this property while being out of our home due to some work being done last minute with our plumbing. The HVAC in the room was not the best, if you turned it up past 71 the heat would kick on. I called the front desk about 10pm and they said they'd put a ticket in for maintenance and offered to move our room but we were only staying one night so we dealt with it. Also, the mini fridge would not get cold and the rooms are a bit on the smaller size. Not actual door for the restroom/shower, which is kind of odd. Hot breakfast was good & plentiful and good customer service.

Check in was easy & they got us adjoining rooms like we requested. Greatly appreciated. Employee did not inform us of breakfast or pool times. Hotel looked clean. Room was clean but small. But we didnt mind because honestly we mainly only slept there. Stayed 3 nights with no issues what so ever. I would definitely use this hotel again as we go that way alot for vacations & visiting family.

It was terribly disappointing. First the room was so humid and smelled awful. Also, the air conditioning had not been on to circulate the air in the room so the bedding was damp. I asked to be relocated to another room and there were none available. Staff did offer to bring new bedding. They did and we had to make our own beds. My children went to check out the pool when we first arrived and were excited to swim the following morning. When they headed to the pool the following morning the pool was closed. It was a significantly disappointing experience.

The room service lady was so nice and gave a bunch of extra towels because she noticed our large family. The breakfast lady gave me a tray and extra fruit to take up to our room for breakfast because we were traveling with our family.

The staff was good. The building/room (233) needs repairs. The room walls are thin and the stay was LOUD. There was a fight in the hallway. We were frightened! Police called. We paid $200 for an overnight stay and room is currently advertised at $64. Not Happy. We have family that moved nearby and want to find a hotel to stay at when we come in from out of town.
