Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis St. Charles

Great breakfast .. Love the location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. The pool looks wonderful, but I did not have enough time there to enjoy it. I live in Seattle area, I would definitiely think of this hotel, when I am going thru the midwest visiting family.

Very family friendly, Despite that my room was quiet. Breakfast and the kickback were good.

It is a great family hotel.

I’m only going to give 3 stars based on our request that was never fixed. They also gave us room keys to a room that wouldn’t open. They fixed it by upgrading us to a suite. Awesome. Right? Well. It was 72* in the room. We were given a box fan the second time we complained about the room not cooling. We were told that they would fix it through their computer. At midnight it had gone up a degree and I decided not to call because the kids were sleeping. We were told at checkout that they run on a central air type unit and if the two rooms next to us had their heat on or thermostats turned up that the system won’t allow us to get lower temperatures. To finish. The front desk did fix things by taking care of our stay but the damage had been done with having a hard time to sleep.

The happy hour was amazing. It was almost a full dinner. drink ticket were nice for adults and soda for the kids was great. It was also a nice area to hang out later in the evening. The pool area was great for the kids. The rooms were clean and spacious. Would stay there again. Also lots of great food in the area.

My family and I actually live in the area and we've always chosen this location for our children's birthday parties, or even our stay cations. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. We absolutely love the socal hour and how clean our stay is. Defigets a 10 in my families eyes. Thank you.

I don’t review generally, hotels are all pretty much the same. This hotel is amazing. The staff is fantastic and accommodating. The property is clean. The food was delicious and having the added Kickback Hour in the evening with free food and drinks was awesome and a money saver. I asked for extra towels and blankets and got them (lots of them!!!) without a hassle. I really can’t say enough about this property. As long as they keep it up, my family will stay here every time we visit.

I was apprehensive at checkin, because there was not someone waiting at the front desk, but that was honestly the last of my worries. We were quickly greeted by a friendly face, and then we were told about all of the complimentary "dinner snacks" and free adult beverages during the "kick back hour." With 2 picky kids, the "snacks" were the perfect dinner, and this amazing added value and the happiness and welcoming of every staff member we saw made Drury our new first choice in hotels. Our kids had a great time, and we were able to worry a bit less about what all was going on. The parking was a bit hard to find a spot in on a Saturday evening due to the great amount of shopping, entertainment options and restaurants, but it's not that bad, honestly. It's not absolute opulent luxury, but it's darn close to it for a family of 4!

Everything is wonderful at this hotel! We have steed here every time we come to visit family.

The staff was always incredibly helpful and friendly. The entire family felt welcome and comfortable. Thanks to Molly and all of the hotel staff for making sure we had a great stay. We will always make this our home away from home. Your staff really makes this experience pleasant.
