Best Western Premier Liberty Inn & Suites

We love this place when we come to visit the grandkids. Perfect location, great staff, love the breakfast and great beds and pillows.

We areived with 10 other families for a large youth baseball event for a 4 night stay. There was no hot water! The General Manager did everything he could (he is great!) But the property owners offered a very small refund, then backed out of it. How could you put dollars ahead of children that had to take cold showers after playing ball in 95 degree heat. Shame! I

The hotel itself was nice. Safe, quiet location. The breakfast selection was unmatched! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. However, we walked into our room and it smelled so bad. The toilet was backed up and had been for some time. They quickly moved us to a new room, but unfortunately that one did not have a microwave and the fridge was on its last leg. For the price, the room left something to be desired. The pool doesn't open until 10 am, which isn't great for kids who get up early and check out being 11 it was a rush to get in some pool time (the main reason we booked this hotel) and geg changed and checked out on time. We also were not able to open the pool ourselves and had to ask to be let in every morning

The area was convenient. Hallway had a horrible odor that reminds me of baby poop. Bathtub had not been cleaned. Found hairs in it.

Really enjoyed the property!! Wonderful for kids as it has an awesome pool with a slide!

Hotel had a new feel. The floor and some surfaces in the room could have been cleaned better. Beds comfortable. Nice tv. Kids enjoyed pool. Definitely not a pool if your looking to relax, the kids overtake it due to the slide. Nice free breakfast with lots of options and they did well with making sure all items were replenished. Large area for seating as well. A few things I’d change but overall it was a normal hotel stay.

Nice hotel with filthy pool that smelled like a swamp. That was a bummer because that’s what my kids look forward to doing after we get back for the day. My 9 year old swam anyway but my 13 and 15 year old wouldn’t go because of the smell. The water was green and sides of the pool were slimy. Lots of hair balls all over too. It has a water slide my 9 year old loved but he didn’t notice the water color or smell or hair balls. Room was dirty when we checked in but they did send housekeeping to clean it again when I asked. The housekeeper left a roll of toilet paper that had been dropped in a toilet and then dried. No paper around it. That was her way of saying F you for thinking the room wasn’t clean enough (which it wasn’t) I liked the hotel, the location, the beds but just too dirty for me.

Hotel was just what we were looking for. Went to Worlds of Fun with kids 11 & 9. They really enjoyed the pool and the slide. The hotel was clean and our room was comfy. Would stay here again.

This hotel is next to a curve on a very busy road highly traveled by semi’s. Also right next to a VERY brightly lit Chevrolet dealership. It was a bright and loud night of “sleep.” The pool & slide our kids loved. There were no pool towels available though. Our room had a jetted tub which the kids also loved, however when we were trying to get them down for bed, others were using their tubs above or below us which was also super loud. Breakfast was nice. Front desk staff was also nice.

This is a newer property, opening in July 2021 however it's construction seems shoddy and rushed at best. The in room fireplace didn't work, the 55" television is not a smart/wifi device. The quality of the craftsmanship is really low. There was leftover sheetrock dust and debris still in the corner of the bathroom as well as multiple types/colors of caulking used. An outlet in the sitting area was halfway blocked by the non working fireplace insert. It is nice, although mainly due to it's newness, the room was large, and overall a great concept, but it's execution missed it's mark. The hotel boasts a large waterslide, which was the main motivation for the booking, but the water temperature is close to unbearable cold. Not exactly making for a pleasurable time in the water for kids or adults. There were trash cans and buckets in the lobby and holes cut in the ceiling above from a clear and active water leak. The staff was friendly and accommodating. It was overall a decent stay. I'm not sure if I would return considering the cost vs value and the fact that the cold pool temps seem to be a longstanding and unaddressed issue.
