Hampton Inn Kansas City Northeast

Carpet needed cleaned, liked the height of the beds. We did enjoyed the adjoining room, worked great for our family!

Our weekend stay was great. we were going to Oceans of fun. Arrived before they opened as as it would go grandkid needed restroom. So we decided to swing by hotel just to locate it and let him use public restroom if we could. Explained what was going on and while he was in restroom clerk checked and our room was available. He promptly checked us in so we unloaded suitcase into our room. Didn'thaveto worry about leaving thing in car at the park..

We chose this hotel for the indoor heated pool, and the free hot breakfast. Upon arrival, we learned that the pool was closed (due to no fault of their own, someone threw up in it). We were very disappointed as our family was looking forward to swimming. Pablo at the front desk was super nice and got us set up to swim at a hotel just down the block for free. We really appreciated that! Pablo also got us a free crib to use for our toddler. The room was clean, nice and modern. AC worked well and the hot water and water pessure were fabulous. The hot breakfast was great with plenty of options. A woman was cleaning up messes as people made them at breakfast (she was doing a great job keeping it clean). Late checkout was nice. There was also a nice little sun terrace outside with rockers and patio furniture. Only thing not great was the carpet in our room seemed damp and that was kind of a gross feeling, but it wasnt hard to just keep our shoes on while moving about. Thank you for the place to stay for the night and for the excellent service.

Staff was friendly rooms clean and quiet pool was the grandkids favorite spot

We had a student team together with parents at the Hampton Inn. Some staff members were more responsive and compassionate than others in addressing needs like clean sheets and additional towels. A couple families asked for room clean-up with more than 24-hours notice but did not get it. Still, in the end, everyone was comfortable and content.

Family with small kids. Beds were decent, the pool was cold, no towels had to ask for towels then watched 3 more families have to ask. The gentleman at the desk said he is in charge of folding them and hasn't had time. Which we understand just stinks when your children are freezing and ready to get out. Breakfast was under cooked. Staff was friendly

Very easy to find this hotel. Even easier to get to Worlds of Fun from this hotel! Hotel very clean with comfortable beds and large rooms. Grandkids and I enjoyed the free hot breakfast, lots of good food. 4 restaurants within a half block.Would be happy to stay here again!

Stayed overnight because of a death in the family. Needed to check out a little later than regular check out time and the desk clerk, Elissa, was so accommodating. Breakfast had so many choices. There was something for everybody. Will stay there again.

We booked on the recommendation of our daughter who has stayed at Hamptons for business travel. We had 8 of family members book on her recommendation. Everyone was satisfied with the accommodations.
