It was a family trip to visit extended family

We stayed 2 nights while attending a big family event in town. We thought we booked a nice hotel. It was not! We had: • A broken toilet paper holder. Really?! • Only 1 tiny towel rod INSIDE the shower and 1 hook for our towels, hand towels, and washcloths — ridiculous! Towels that remain wet throughout the night are gross. Why is good hygiene not important to Aloft? • No trash can found anywhere near the toilet. No normal person likes to smell used female hygiene products in their bedroom! That encourages ladies to try to flush them down your toilets. How ridiculous! Good hotels ALWAYS provide 2 trash cans, with one in the bathroom. • One tiny clothes rod for our nice clothes. Really?! • NO breakfast available in our building either morning. The little league team pitied us and shared their leftovers with us. Other residents said we COULD HAVE HAD a hot breakfast in the building connected to ours by the pool and gym area, but YOUR STAFF DID NOT TELL US! The staff over there was happy to serve us on the 2nd morning, when our side had no breakfast again. Why did your staff not provide the PROMISED hot breakfasts for us in our building? • We planned to swim on the 2nd evening or next morning before we left, but no... they shut down the pool and kept it locked. Cheated again! • The thin room divider panels in our room gapped apart in their thin frame. Cheap!! • Aloft provides a cheap, little to like room, unavailable food & no pool access.

Great Experience and stay. Clean and updated--Keep in mind there is no door separating the bathroom from the room just a divider. No problem unless you are traveling with a non-family member.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Thw room was comfortable. My family had no complaints. Overall great experience.

The wifi was out and couldn't use most of the stuff. The manager was rude to my kids. We had to move rooms 2 times.
