We enjoyed our stay at The Elms. I do wish the food options for ordering at the pool lasted after 5pm. The building is beautiful and grounds are as well. Great option for a family vacation or couples.

My family totally enjoyed our stay. Check In with Leslie was a breeze. Our rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. The bed slept like a dream. Property is clean, renovated and well maintained. We enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. All staff and guests were friendly and helpful. The Nightly Ghost Tour with Jay is well worth the money spent. We will be back.

Great customer service, beautiful landscaping, indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, and an excellent Spa! I will definitely take my family during my next stay! Historical Hotel! Loved it!

Ghost tour felt extremely rehearsed and nearly all points were the guides personal anecdotes that were reminiscent to a child seeking attention. The idea is good but the delivery could be greatly improved.

It is an older hotel with a lot of history. The spa I felt was a little overpriced, but was nice. I'm glad my family spent a few nights there.

The Elms resort is such a family friendly experience from swimming to croquet it's reminiscent of what resorts were in an earlier era. The historical Elms hotel broadly hold's true to its architecture and history but there are a couple of fixtures that are obviously not in keeping with the history and I would love to see the grand fireplace in the lobby finished out with crown molding at the top. The grounds are amazing and never fail to deliver. We had a wonderful meal at the "Three Owls" and the staff was so kind and thoughtful. If I could ask for one change, when we went to the outside pool the music was so loud and so obviously for a target population that it over-shadowed the fun of talking with friends and enjoying the lovely surroundings.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was clean and pool for the grandkids was fun. We had a nice one night stay onto our main destination. My grandson didn't like the roll away bed. But it is a roll away bed.

I’ve been coming to the Elms for years and it’s always clean and staff is kind and helpful! I do think it should be 18+, so that total relaxation can be achieved and don’t have to listen to screaming kids. After all it is a “spa” in which children can not partake.

Beautiful hotel and scenery! Perfect get-a-way location not far from Kansas City! Wonderful place for kids, young and older adults, and seniors. The pools were so refreshing. The entertainment was fun and delicious food!
