Drury Plaza Hotel Columbia East

The place was just awesome. The Manager was incredible. Our children loved the pool. The hotel was built well so no room to room noise. If all Drurys are ran this way you’ll have a customer for life! Ps. The staff was sooooooo friendly. This manager knows how to hire!

Everything about our stay was excellent. Our only request would be to offer more food options for those with allergies. One member of our family has a severe gluten allergy and the only option available was yogurt. Most other hotels we’ve stayed at also tend to have fresh fruit and some have even offered gluten free bread.

Pool was great, close to everything, spacious, quiet, clean. Nice one-nighter with the kids and spouse. Definitely glad we booked this one.

Such a great experience everytime! Great service, great location, and the complimentary breakfast & dinner is just perfect. We have stayed in the suite the past few times with our dogs and now our baby - all the extra room makes it feel like home. We will always stay at a Drury when we travel now!

Great hotel and very clean, but by far the most uncomfortable beds we have ever experienced and we travel a lot. So bad that my kids opted for the floor the second night. Beds were hard as rocks. Terrible.

The bed was very hard and lots of kids around. Price was jacked way high because of wrestling competition.

This was a great stay for our family of 4!!!! Our favorite part was that we didn’t have to pay for dinner- with the food/drinks you get in the evening, it ended up saving us so much money!!! And! Our VERY favorite part was being able to get 3 drinks!!!!! As parents of young children… a drink is a lovely touch to what can be a hectic evening or day! We SO appreciate that! Our room was great! It had comfortable beds, two TVs so we could be in one room and our kids in the other, if we wanted! The room was large enough to fit us all comfortably!!! I loved that you could close the door to the bedroom and have the living room to yourself! We appreciated this after we put the kids to sleep! The breakfast was tasty! The facility was modern and open! Very clean and the staff was friendly- ESPECIALLY the amazing Gloria who was a chef in the food area and had cooked all of it! She came by and spoke with our family and made our boys feel like kings! ☺️ My only complaint was the pool area…. Glad it was open but! The hot tub wasn’t and on a cool winter evening, this would have been a very nice way to end the night. Very disappointed with this. Overall, great and amazing stay! Our kids didn’t want to leave and we will be back!!!!

The hotel was well kept and clean. The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was actually good. For the price the beds were not comfortable at all and our room faced the road so you could hear the trucks going by all night. If you stay request a room that does not face the highway and that may help. Although the bed didn't sleep well for me the rest of my family slept fine. We would stay at a Drury again.

Another great stay at Drury Columbia East! Great staff, great service, great accommodations, great food and drinks, and great cleanliness. My family and I stayed here last year and will definitely do so again.
