Service was great. Neighbors had barking dogs for hours and I called the front desk and the dog didn’t bark anymore the rest of the night. Condition and cleanliness was very poor. Stains on carpet.. smelled musky. No ac in hotel except for the rooms. One of two elevators was broken. And the hotel was PACKED. Back to the room. It was very very dirty. Fingerprints and smears on everything. Dirty rags left under sink in bathroom. Tiles were stained. Two mostly empty rolls of toilet paper and that was it. Luckily I was just staying one night and moving onto my final destination. I wouldn’t let my kids walk barefoot on the carpet. It was like bad bad.

Wr have a great experience in our stay, nice staff, great location, big and comfortable room, include the breakfast and the rooms have a full kitchenette. Family with kids or long stay its an excellent hotel

The staff was very kind and helpful. We were traveling with our kids spirts team and they handled it like champs! Bringing in 24 high schoolers with parents, i could imagine, is never fun for staff. They never showed anything but helpfulness and cheerfulness.

Requested top floor away from elevator. Given middle floor next to elevator. Consequently, ended up with romm under one filled with undisciplined children or children of parents who gave little concern for anyone else. Thanks to Hilton Honors, I checked out and move to a different hotel.

This property is clean, accommoding, and next to tons of dinning options. It has the convenience of having a mini kitchen suite with tons of space. Great for families.

We always love our stay at the Home2Suites hotel. We stay there most of the trips we take because of the kitchen for me to cook in because of my intense food allergies. We have a family of 5 and the sofa bed makes it easy for us to find comfortable bedding for all of us. The gym is well-equipped, and we use it!

My family stayed at the hotel for the All Star World Series! The staff was great! They were all very friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast was great each day! I would definitely stay again.

Very nice rooms. My only complaints would be no coffee in the room. At first my key didn't work and I had to make several trips down to fix, and some noisy children in an adjoining room.

Overall it was nice. The room was large and comfortable for my family of 5. The only bad things were: the dishwasher was still loaded from the previous guests. There were ants all in the kitchen area. There was not a hair dryer available until the next night when I had to ask again.
