Checking in was quick and easy… and the front desk staff were very friendly. Our problem with this hotel is that when we got in bed and my wife and I both smelled poop. It wasn’t us or anything on us (we were both freshly showered and had no kids or pets… and we even checked the bottom of our shoes). But there was a poop smell in the room. We checked to see if it was sewage backing up in the bathroom, but the smell was clearly coming from the bed portion of the room. It wasn’t so gross that we wanted to get up and ask to change rooms, but it was enough that I wouldn’t spend the money again to stay at that hotel when there is a Fairfield (and other hotels) nearby.

rude /missing staff; poor access to coffee; left before they were willing to put it out and refused to give us any extra for room......no hot tub!!! pool full of noisy kids well after dark; tv worked off and on but frustrating

First of all the person at the front desk answering the phone was amazing. She was there on 12/3 around 6:30pm. I forgot her name. I called to make sure my reservation went through as I booked from a third party. She confirmed then call back to inform me the agency missed up. She had my kids room ready when they got there. Room was clean and nice. They had an amazing stay on their road trip.

Arrived at check-in time and was told the room was not ready and it would take a couple more hours. We had planned our trip around check in time. We arrived with a car full of luggage and kids that were needing to get out, freshen up etc. We were told just to go do something for a couple hours but was not offered any compensation for this. We asked to speak with a manager and was told that one would be arriving within the hour. No manager ever came. We were basically told just to deal with it. The rooms were fairly clean.

It was just me and my 2 children, felt safe and loved the accommodations!
