The property was booked and very busy. The staff handled it well. There were families staying all around our room and I anticipated a loud night and we didn’t hear a peep in our room. Would stay again.

Pros: the staff seemed mostly professional, the hotel was clean and easy to get to with plenty of free parking. Cons: the hot water NEVER worked. When I asked the front desk about it, I was informed "it gets like that when the hotel is busy". They did offer to move me but the hot water issue was throughout the hotel, so fix there. We had kids running up and down the halls screaming around midnight. The house keeping crew kept shouting down the halls to each other as they went from room to room cleaning early Sunday morning. It's a nice hotel, but for the price I expected better quality.

This was a great family friendly hotel with lots of things available such food, gym, business center and a restaurant. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

So clean and comfy! And it's nice to find a place in this area of town with free on-site parking. The person who checked us in was wonderfully friendly and made sure we got the Pack 'n' Play we needed for our kid. Loved staying here!

The rooms, shower, and TV were great. The noise factor was terrible -- two rooms across the hall with young children who played in the hallway, slamming doors until almost 11:30 at night when one of the mothers brought pizza to one of the rooms. At 1:30 am a relative came to visit and the noise in the hallway started again. Loud voices! Advice: ask for a room on a floor with business clients for a better night of sleep.

No hair dryers, had to keep asking for coffee and cups. I understand not cleaning daily but on a 6 night stay, there should be plenty of coffee and cups for the entire stay. The room was a bit run down as well. The staff at the restaurant were amazing, the menu is limited and no children’s menu.

Hotel was beautiful. Rooms were comfortable, staff was very friendly. Inside and out very clean. Most importantly i felt safe with my family there! HIGHLY recommend! Will definitely stay again.
