Hewing Hotel

Overall this was a really disappointing experience. I used to live in Minneapolis and was excited to stay here to relax after family time. The room accommodation was totally fine, but the furnishings throughout the hotel were pretty worn and the service was really poor. I'm unsure if it was due to staying over a holiday, but we ate at both the rooftop bar for hotel guests only and the main floor restaurant for brunch the following day and had bad experiences. There were other minor things like the main floor bathroom having no heat and drunk people in the hot tub but the final fun was after requesting late check out at the front desk our keys were deactivated anyway. I won't stay again and feel it was not worth the money. We told the person who checked us out we were disappointed and they did not seem to care.
