Easter weekend … quick and easy stay with the family.

We enjoyed our stay was nice and quiet and our staff was very helpful!!! We would absolutely stay at your hotel again, and we will let our family and friends know about our stay! Thanks for asking

We stayed at this hotel since it was close to Target field/within walking distance and had a pool for our kids. It was a very nice hotel but not the best place for kids in my opinion. More adult/business oriented. Great overall stay though.

We booked three rooms for a family vacation. One room the shower didn’t work at all, the 2nd didn’t have hot water and the third only had scolding hot water. Non of us were able to get a proper shower in. Also, internet access costs $11 per day. The biggest issue was that we were told to go park in the rap across the street which would only be $10 a day if we didn’t move the car. After our two night stay we went to leave the ramp and was being charged $72 dollars. After speaking with the ramp manager, I was informed that you have to pull the car out by midnight, then repark after midnight each day to receive the $10 daily rate. Ended up having to validate my parking with the hotel for $27.50 per day upon checkout to save a few dollars from the $72 it was charging. There was also no soap in one of our rooms. For the price of the room, i would have expected much better, I won’t be staying at this location again.

The stay was ok. The fire alarm went off at 6am, we were awake and didn’t have our children with us otherwise it could have been very frustrating. They gave us free breakfast at check in, which is nice but it was just a buffet. They also overcharged me $90 on booking. They said their accountant would reach out before I checked out but they never did. I received my portfolio which stated they were charging me the correct amount. We’ll see if they actually do. I’m not sure id stay there again.
