Eagle Ridge Resort at Lutsen Mountains

Room was well stocked and clean. Loved the veiw from our balcony. As a family of 6 our room had plenty of space. Easy check in.

Our family loved our stay at Eagle Ridge. The views everywhere are gorgeous, the outdoor pools and alpine slide were great summer fun, and the condo was a great deal for housing 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked and we made several meals there.

We had a good experience staying at Eagle Ridge! The location was convenient for us. It was nice to be across the road from the Alpine Slide. We enjoyed seeing Lake Superior and the beautiful surrounding MN mountain bumps from our deck. It almost felt like we were in the mountains without the altitude issues...loved that. It was great to have a kitchen to prepare meals for our family. The one room condo was a good size for the five of us. The 3 kids were able to spread out on the Murphy Bed and pull out sofa couch. We liked being so close to Grand Marais, Tofte, Lutsen and so many wonderful rivers, trails and state parks. The outdoor pool and hot tub was warm and wonderful. The only thing that needed fixing in our condo was a hole by one of the windows where water leaked in during a rain storm. The staff said that they would fix it after we left. There were also some black beetles in our room and we were told those would be taken care of as well. The staff were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Me and my kids enjoyed everything about this place. A must stay

Our suite was a nice size and easy to get to. We had a good stay and I would stay here again. That said, the parking was a bit tight and required some maneuvering. The mattress was not great, but not as bad as some I’ve slept on. Main complaint would be the kids upstairs running around at all hours, but that’s not the Resorts fault. Overall, I would recommend and would return.

The thing that I liked the most was the friendly staff and professional service. Well kept sites and room. I also enjoyed the value of the room and board, food, recreation options, beautiful view, and location. I will recommend this to friends and family for vacation destination.

My family rented one Bedroom Elite building C and the place was very clean. My kids enjoyed our stay. Although our view only saw part of the mountain, it was still a nice view to look at. We love the heated outdoor pool. Definitely be booking again.

Staff were friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Pool and hot tub were fun, especially at night out under the stars. Great location when exploring the North Shore, easy drive to Grand Marais. Beautiful setting. Nightly bonfires were a great way to meet other families. Only downside was the cleanliness of the room; bathroom floor was very dirty, duvet cover was stained, and there were food crumbs on the chairs and floor when we arrived.
