SpringHill Suites Minneapolis-St. Paul Airport/Eagan

We had a good stay. The only issue we had was the behavior of the kids in the pool area. Too rambunctious and disrespectful of others wanting to use the area. The room was comfortable and quiet. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Stayed here before a trip to the Mall of America. Nice, clean updated hotel, our three kids loved the pool and hot tub. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast buffet. Room was large, with a west elm pullout sofa. Only complaint is pillows were too round/thick and could not be squashed down to avoid a sore neck.

It was a great stay , however the rooms humid so there were spiders around bathroom and sink area. Also our room was not cleaned the 2nd day there.front desk was helpful and courteous and met my needs and my family stay.

Great 3 days stay with family. Hot breakfast were good and the staff are welcoming.

The room was very clean, staff was very friendly and helpful, beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the evening staff, super kind to my children. Pool was very busy Saturday night, but staff kept towels stocked. Accessible bathrooms were great and important to my older family members. Very pleased with our stay.

Hotel itself is nice, our room was kind of run down though. Paint on walls chipped, bathtub safety mat old and stained, dead box elders on window sill, and the most annoying, the drawer on the nightstand in between the beds kept popping open. Front desk did call maintenance right away as requested. Also, a loud group of teens there for the weekend ran up and down the halls over and over again all hours of the day and night. I heard another guest complain and front desk staff did attempt to find kids, but apparently couldn’t because it still was loud. Overall, a good stay. I’d probably stay again, just will double check room before I settle in.

No illegal or non-family friendly situations as I've had at other motels near MOA. Just one Dad who needed a few minutes away from his kids to regroup.

Me and my boyfriend stay here quite frequently. We have never really had any “serious” issues up until this last time. We got woken up at 6am by a family in a room near us. After we had a late check in the night before. My boyfriend called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do. He was being polite, and was talking calmly to Lynette, who was working the front desk. And she jumped down his throat and said that she was “sick of hearing his voice.” Completely uncalled for. Rude, and so unprofessional. It completely caught him off guard. Considering that we paid over $100 for one night of sleep, and didn’t get to sleep hardly at all, And then to have your employee respond to him rude like that?! Ridiculous. We have been loyal guests with you for quite some time now, but now after we were disrespected like that, we will never be returning again. Completely unnecessary.

I like the ambience of the hotel. The room is clean and perfect for family with kids. Happy with our 2 nights stay.

Our 3 day stay was good! Pool and hot tubs were a plus! Great shuttle service and friendly workers! The only issue was the beds were not comfortable, tub kept clogging and room had a musty smell to it!! I didn’t request a room change due to checking in really early and kids were tired from travel!
