Absolutely fabulous! Would stay here again if I’m ever in the area again.
Pros: breakfast is delicious- cooked food, great variety, yummy waffles, great coffee; we had a room with a separate bedroom (loved!); clean, amazing workout room; great pool, beautiful outside sitting area with fireplace, night lights and a grill that you can use, full kitchen to save on eating out, staff was so kind and helpful, beautiful flowers around the property, rooms are quiet and very clean, pull out couch extremely comfortable (according to my daughter), right next to an ALDIs where I went and grabbed food one day for dinner.
Cons: the doors are pretty loud when you leave your room and when you have sleeping kids that’s hard to get out in the morning quietly, no hot tub (but the pool is not super cold so that’s great!), the kitchen needs a few more utensils (they only give you 4 of everything) and limited cooking pans, but we made it work. The price - for a 5 night trip it’s pretty expensive, but it is a Marriott - and you expect that and great service and amenities and that’s what we got. I travel quite a bit and am a bit of a hotel snob and I have to say this one is well worth the extra few bucks. I posted a picture of us enjoying an evening outside on their beautiful patio.

We stayed two nights with my babies and the room was very clean and nice. The only thing that I have a little bit of uncomfort was the bed, too firm and hard, that could get better.

The hotel was very nice, comfortable and clean. One thing I found that was different from some other hotels is that the rooms are not cleaned daily during the stay. So, if you are a family with kids, you need to stay on top of your cleaning game during the stay.

All 6 nights there were kids running and jumping above us. AT ALL HOURS!! There were 2-3 different families during that time. We could not relax or sleep well in space!! For a newer build and high rating, this was NOT expected. IF we would stay at this property again, it would be on the top floor and away from busy street.
Further there was conflicting info provided by front desk staff related to extending our stay by arriving a day early. The email from front desk sent after Expedia was comical — addressed to wrong person and wrong check in date. Attention to detail and resolving noisy neighbors was week. We had to abide by the pet policy but our dog was quiet while neighbors were not!

After technical difficulties with the credit card reader caused checkin to take 20 minutes, we got to our room that was pretty nice... Except the fridge had something wrong with it. The inconsistent and loud knocking noises throughout the night when it turned on gave me a terrible night's sleep. And I wouldn't have said anything here except when I complained I got basically a "that's too bad". Nothing was offered for consolation when I said I did not have a good stay and did not get much sleep because of their broken fridge. She did write it down so hopefully it's fixed for the next customer, but I ended up getting about 4 hrs of sleep on a night away from my toddler, the exact opposite of what was supposed to happen, and after paying $200 for the one night out with my wife this whole year I was really disappointed in this hotel--and have no plans to stay at any Marriott again because of this--but far too exhausted to argue it at the time.

My family has stayed here a few times. Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly but we asked several times for extra linens and never received them. Breakfast was nice. Close to Cane’s chicken, grocery store, and Starbucks. About 10-15 minute drive to mall of America.

This was a wonderful hotel for our family of 5. It was close to the Mall of America, close to the Minnesota Zoo, and close to the Twin Cities Outlet Mall. It had a basketball court and pool on site. It has a BBQ and a fire pit in a court yard area for guests to use. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, beautiful and new. The king beds were comfortable, but the sofa bed was not. Since we had 2 rooms we used the mattress from the one sofa bed on top of the other sofa bed, which, with 2 mattresses, was then comfortable.
We had requested adjoining rooms through hotels.com, but the hotel didn’t get the message. I should have phoned. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. We also made use of the community pickle ball courts nearby and shopped for food at the Aldi next door.

Had a great stay, hotel room was clean and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The fire pit area outside was nice on a cool night, and breakfast was great with lots of options. Only complaint was the fold out couch was pretty flat, our kids said it wasnt bad but sitting on it you could feel the support bars.
