Rooms are clean, good at keeping them tidy (done every other day) beds and sofa beds were comfortable. Extra blankets and stuff in the closet was good. Fridge microwave and AC all worked great. Rooms are dated a bit tho. If you don’t like airplane noise do NOT stay here. We can sleep through a lot but even we were starting to get annoyed. Not the hotel to go to if you are a light sleeper. Staff were nice and breakfast was decent. Shuttle was good. Felt safe walking at all hours from the train station. Good location to many family friendly excursions and the mall. Overall a good find for a hotel for a realistic price.

Front desk staff friendly but ineffective. Asked repeatedly for house, they made one bed, took a bag of dirty baby clothes (never to be seen again), and never gave us clean towels. 4 adults shared 3 towels and 1 washcloth for 3 nights stay. Beds we're comfortable and nice location but avoid. Parking is not free as Hotel.com claims, it's 3$ a night.

It was nice being close to the Mall. To many kids running around. Like groups of Kids. The breakfast was ok. Always out of things.

We stayed 2 nights with my wife daughter son-in-law and 3 grand kids in 2 rooms that were supposed to be across the hall or next to each other and they were at the other end of the hotel.. my room had drapes that were torange soap left in the shower from my previous guest and it was hard to get any rest with jets taking off every 90 seconds from 6 AM to 11pm We have stayed here at least 7 different times but we will not stay here again

In Minneapolis for a Twins game and a Vikings game with family. Room was nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable for my bad back. Everything else was fine.

I always check the beds first when I get to my room and there was hair on the bed a spot of dried blood on the sheet. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom and in the shower when we got there. Also there was an outfit in the drawer that wasn’t ours but checked the drawers to make sure our toddler didn’t put anything in them. The breakfast was not what we expected. Bread apples eggs and what looked like undercooked sausage. Beware if you want to sleep past 6am don’t book this hotel because you are right on the airport path for take off and a plane will go over you every 5 mins.

I have never heard in any place that the rooms are not cleaned everyday. This was my first time to hear they won’t clean our room until on day 3. When we leave. We had small kids and we needed the sheets changed and new towels but the sad thing was they don’t do anything until day 3. I have never heard that and I hope never to stay in a hotel like this as we were out all day and we came back to a dirt room in the middle of the night. It’s really sad and unheard of. We were very very disappointed I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I chose this property because of the free transportation to the MOA, the proximity to the MOA, open pool for the grandkids and they had breakfast. Breakfast was decent but would have like a waffle maker or the addition of pancakes for the kids.
