Wonderful stay for my kids and I near the mall of America. Staff were friendly and helpful from the desk clerk to the breakfast attendants to the bar tender who gave us dinnerware when we had pizza delivered. Pool is small but very clean. Linens were fresh and spotless. Lobby was a nice atmosphere comfortable for both family or business. Breakfast selection was great for a variety of dietary needs. Location incredibly convenient for air port and MOA.

Very lovely updated property. Our family of five stayed in a suite and felt very comfortable. The suite was spacious for all, and the sofabed was comfortable.

I stayed with my family and I was absolutely happy by the service and hospitality of the hotel and their employees! There were only three things that would have made our stay perfect: 1. While it has good breakfast, I just wish it would be a little more varied (especially for those staying for several days in a row), 2. Parking seems insufficient for the hotel’s capacity and 3. The bar closes at 10pm! Would this prevent me from going back? Absolutely not! I’ll book this hotel in a heartbeat next time I’m in town. Location is great and accessible to everything one needs.

The place has been well used. Check in was limited communication, toilet seat broke, usb ports didn't work, and tables in the breakfast area were not cleaned up in the mornings. I will say one of my kids left a stuffy and they called to let us know so we could retrieve it so that was awesome.

I would consider this property better for business travelers or others only staying a night or two. My family and I stayed a long weekend (Friday thru to Monday) and while the room layout was convenient with having a separate area for the kids we unfortunately didn't have any 'housekeeping' services provided aside from additional towels being requested & delivered the three days we were there which was disappointing. The breakfast also left much to be desired with the eggs being runny and limited selection/options for the kiddos. The 'restaurant' wasn't as expected and was more like a small bar with a pizza ordering option. All in all, better than others we've stayed at in the 'area' but not exactly as advertised or expected.

Amazing staff, super clean, comfortable, great breakfast. Staff is friendly and professional. Our kids loved each one of them. The bartender (who has a very cute dog) and the hotel lobby employee (Jon) were really helpful, friendly, and interacted really well with all the guests of the hotel while we were in the lobby at the bar and lobby.

My family of 5 went and stayed in two rooms! It was an amazing trip. We overall enjoyed the hotel it was nice and staff was super friendly!

Extremely clean hotel in great condition! Everything was perfect. Continental breakfast was amazing and full of options. Staff was very nice and helpful. Would recommend this hotel over any hotel we've stayed in and we stay in a lot of hotels! Family of 6 with 4 young kids.
