The hotel was a typical mall property, nothing special. Room was a bit dated with tattered pillows on the couch. We had a pull out sofa in the suite for our 2 toddlers and the blanket that was provided was one of the roughest blankets I’ve ever felt. I would not stay here again.

Unfortunately at check in they did not have the room set up as requested via email and I had to physically ask the front desk to set up the sofa bed and a pack and play. I’m not sure why Marriot sent out and replied to personal emails regarding these things and then did not provide them. Restaurant had decent food and a kids’ menu which they enjoyed. Convenient to airport and of course mall.

It is very conveniently located as it is connected to the mall of America. The restaurant at the hotel was quite good as well. It was a great stay with a little kid. I'd stay there again.

The fact this hotel is attached to the Mall of America is enough to warrant a stay but the hotel staff were as professional as I have experienced. Equally important, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Finally, the on-site facilities were fun for the family, easily accessible and room service was impeccable. When we visit Minneapolis, this is our favorite place to stay. You definitely get your monies worth.

It was a very nice property, however was disappointed to come back from a full day of shopping and find my room had not been cleaned at all! The pool are was nice but too many kids playing and running wild at 10pm.! They were playing football and throwing it like a NFL quarterback and hit a woman in the face! It was terrible, I called front desk to complain and they said they would send someone to talk to the kids. They NEVER did! When I called back no one answered the phone!! Beautiful hotel but the service needs improvement!
