We did a quick stay with our teens before dropping at summer camp. Spacious family suites that were super comfortable and gave everyone their own space. Beds were comfy and we had a nice day by their outdoor pool. The facility is geared toward young kids so our teens went through the mini golf, arcade and slides pretty quick. Tip - rent a cabana by the outdoor pool and do it early! There are only 4 and they go fast. Lots of small kids so don’t expect tranquility. Property is close to Traverse so it’s perfect to spend the day in town or hit the local beaches.

Place is a rip off. Now you also have to pay for parking on top if ridiculous rates. Stayed 2 days sounded like kids upstairs were coming thru the ceilings the whole time. Called and complained and it made zero difference.

The property was nice grand kids had a great time. The thing that could be worked on is prices. You get a soda and no refills on that everything is way to high think its gauging.

My credit card was charged $300 during an issue at the front desk with them receiving card payments. Insisted that the card was not charged, my card was charged 3 times for $100. After spending $800 for a one night room, we didn’t have much money to spend on the rest of the trip. Took my $100 purchase for food and drinks, and my id bracket was declined twice even know we paid upfront for the service. Card also has suspicious charged on it after we checked out. Very disappointed. Also my son is autistic, staff was not trained for dealing with children with special needs while trying to go down water slides.

This was our first time here and the kids loved it. Loved the ease of purchasing things and dining and the key card actually being a wrist band. Kids loved the Magi Quest, but it was very hectic and hard to maneuver through all the people. Though this was no fault of the resort, the chaotic nature of it made it hard to enjoy.

Weather was not amazing, but you didn't have to leave the building for anything. Everyone was friendly willing to help. Clean clean clean! Grand kids love the water park. Magic quest is in need of some serious updating. Took two days to get the wand to work to complete the quest. As much as folks like to play this game and sink a ton of money to play it, it seems like the company can invest in new technology.

The water area was nice and clean. The room carpet was very gross. Beds and bedding are very uncomfortable. Prices are very gauged. 4.99 for a bottle of ice tea. The bar and grill restaurant didn’t have a bar tender so they wouldn’t even serve the kids milkshakes or anything and the food was super gross and expensive. I mean really gross. If we ever go back we will definitely bring all our own drinks and eat at restaurants not at the hotel. And bring our own bedding. They seriously need to clean the carpets in the rooms. Not just vacuum actually clean them cause they are nasty.

Fun place to break up the Traverse City experience and give the kids a fun place to play after being out and about all afternoon.
