Front desk staff was nice. Snack store was lacking. Too many kids running about (she warned us when I asked for a quiet room). But it was comfortable and did the job. Would stay again.

The pillows provided are about 2 x 2 and are very flat. Used towels as pillows after the new pillows delivered to the room were the same. The furnace in the room also quit working in the middle of the night. They didn't have a different room available to change to accommodate our family of 4. Having that said, the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly at check in, and I was advised there was a breakfast bar in the morning. I did not think to ask if there was a fee to the bar, so I brought my family down to enjoy breakfast. To my surprise there was a $16.95 charge per plate. My goodness! We could have had a cheaper breakfast at a nice sit down resturant including tip. There is no way you should be charging for a few strips of bacon or sausage a small glass of juice and some hard scrambled eggs. Yes there was a sign but it was in the middle of the breakfast line. You couldn't see it until your plates already had food on it. OVER PRICED is just the tip of the iceberg! Will think twice about staying at these facilities!

Was here for a family reunion and the staff was super accommodating and kind. Beds were comfortable. Price is right! Highly recommend

I stay at this hotel the same time every year through the hotels.com site to kick off Christmas shopping at 12 Oaks Mall because it less than a mile away from the hotel! We always get an inexpensive rate, very friendly service and warm cookies! Great pool for the kids anf hot tub for the adults. Always clean rooms and staff is very pro-active about getting anything we asked, i.e.newspapers, an extra bed, cookies, etc. Super restaurants right down the street and the Novi Expo Center very close by. Love it!
