This place was great to stay in with kids! The hot tub could use some maintenance, but everything else was great! Clean rooms, super nice staff and the restaurant was delicious and staff was great there as well. Definitely recommend!

Hotel smelled amazing, was clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was large, clean, and was thoroughly pleasant. The elevators were intermittently causing trouble so we took the stairs which was fine most times. Was disappointed that the pool closed at 9pm after we were told 10 pm and was shocked that instead of staff coming to close pool down, they just shut the lights off in the pool area right at 9pm. This seemed really unsafe and caused our kids to panic while trying to swim to the ladder in the dark.

The hotel was modern, clean, and very nicely designed. A had a very weird encounter with someone who I think was a family member of an employee. I called to report it to the manager and he said he would get back to me but never did.

The night we stayed the air conditioning was out, they provided one box fan to cool the whole room. Our room was 81 degrees by the time we left. I think they should have reached out to us prior to our stay so we could prepare. My kids loved the pool, except the hot tub didnt work! It was just a hot pool basically. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and the service was excellent. The hotel was beautiful, but definitely turned off by the no air conditioning.

I had to change rooms because of their lack of housekeeping. There was brown stuff on my toilet and mold on the shower curtain. The family in the room next to us was extremely loud all night. There was a persistent poop smell in the lobby by the elevator. The whole week and there was never any towels in the pool area. my room was on the third floor and the one elevator that worked seemed a mile away. On top of all of that I had extra charges from my stay here.

Easy access on and off of expressway directly to hotel. This was my first time as a guest at the hotel.Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming with smiles. The room was spacious, I had two double beds and sofa bed. Plenty of space here. The environment was cleanand family oriented. Plenty of parking.I ❤️ this hotel.

This place was clean, neat and renovated, but it was a bit noisy by the guest's kids and others. room was clean but the white colour lighting (5000k) drove me crazy, I got sick because of it. they should never use it in hotels and restaurants. this colour of light bulbs light is for workshops and offices. they should use only (3000k) inside the hotel.

I called to book my reservation and was told it would be safer to book via the web, so it did, but when I arrived, I had been given a room that I hadn’t reserved. The one I had reserved wasn’t available. I was given a pair of adjoining rooms to make up for the loss. I was satisfied but not happy with having to have different rooms from my family and the staff made us wait quite awhile for the checkin process and acted as if the mistake was my fault. The hotel was very nice and so were our rooms.
