This is my second time meeting Mr. Davis, at check in. He is amazing, very professional and always pleasant and helps me if me or my family have any issues. I come to Michigan often for business and always come here. I always have a pleasant stay.

This business trip was amazing, as usual. The family loves, so I love. Location is Fabulous. Amazing out back with fire pit. Connected to the Suburban Collection Showplace, Paradise Park, & of course Twelve Oaks Mall. We visit three times a year and is always amazing, very clean, quite, & comfortable. Only wish there was a microwave or hot plates in the room. Business center is on point. Shout out to all the professional staff, I wish I could put everyone's name. Mr. Davis for changing a room for me wirh no problems! Keep up Staffing!

Got two rooms for my family of five. Pool was nice for young kids as there was easy steps to get in for my toddler. Staff was outstanding and very gracious and helpful with my family. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

Our stay was nice and we were greeted every time we entered the hotel. Our room didn’t have cold water in the morning for a few hours making it very difficult to shower for two adults and a toddler before church.

Our family enjoyed the space in the room- there was plenty of room to spread out. Shower was good- thankful for a bath mat and working exhaust fan. Location was good. Breakfast was adequate. COFFEE WAS WEAK AND TASTELESS.

It was a great stay at this Hyatt. The location is perfect for its central location to everything that we needed for this trip. Plus, being dog friendly was a huge benefit. They staff was very accommodating in moving our room when I told them my dog was afraid of the elevator. Will definitely use this as my go to hotel when I come back home to visit family. Was a great experience.
