Everything was good except for the kids stomping up and down the hall wall until midnight and the parents drinking and make noise in the lobby. Wish we had a quieter room.

The staff was beyond friendly all the way around. The carpet im some of the hallways is coming apart in some spots. I was a little disappointed with the variety of breakfast but thats just a minor thing. It worked for what we needed it for and my kids loved playing in the pool.

Did not get to find out what it was like to stay here overnight. We booked a king suite. Said suite was to include a king size bed, a sofa, and enough room for us to maneuver around each other. We arrived late after spending time with family. We checked in and were given a key to room 211. We loaded the cart with all of our luggage and belongings; most of these items being things we needed to attend our son’s wedding the following day. Pushed the cart to the elevator and arrived at the room. Once inside, we found 2 rinky dink double beds, no sofa, and a tiny little room. Um, not what I booked and certainly not what I paid $400 for. We go back downstairs with the assumption a mistake has been made and ask the lady at the desk about this. Turns out there was a “maintenance issue” with our room and they were fully booked. Don’t you think this was something that should’ve been disclosed when we arrived? Ordinarily when two people book a room and it’s just the two of them they expect to be sharing the bed. My husband and I have shared a bed for 22 years and we like a certain amount of space when we sleep - hence the king bed. We contacted Expedia who immediately found us a different hotel with a king suite, chairs, and an actual king bed at a lower price and refunded us the difference. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel if this is the way they choose to handle things. Let’s just not tell the guest that they will not be getting what they paid for. How ridiculous!

We booked a king size room with a sofa and received a two double bed room with no sofa. We live 60 miles away and I just had an outpatient surgery nearby and did not want to travel. The larger bed was a need, and sofa was place for family to sit while helping my wife & I settle in for the night. Was disappointing. Next morning went to take a shower before travel and water was Luke warm at best. Was startling. Room was clean, beds were comfortable but not what we paid for or expected from a Fairfield property.

The stay this time was not good at all. There was smell of marijuana and smoke coming from the room next door and outside in the hallway. Kids constantly running down the hallways throughout the whole night and during the time we were trying to sleep. Doors were slamming constantly in peoples rooms, there was also a fight in the hallway with some groups of people and that was crazy. All we heard was kids running above the room and on the same floor throughout the night. It was a awful stay and I hated the fact I had to suffer with smelling nasty smoke in a non-smoking room that is from next door.

The manager nick beardsley was very disrespectful. There were young children running in and out of the pool and when informed that there were unsupervised children in the pool his response was "not my problem, we don't have a lifeguard and it's posted"

Late check-in nightmare! The entry doors were locked. No one answered the phone on the wall that was supposed to connect to someone to unlock the doors. I called repeatedly for 10 minutes. Tried calling the hotel directly and no one answered. At midnight my family wait more than 15 minutes outside.
