Gets the job done with family of four.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We took the kids to the pool and hot tub. The pool was heated and they had a supply of life jackets (for children) and goggles for use in their pool. There was plenty of seats and towels on every bench. There was table to sit at while you watched your kids. The outside area was very nice and had a gas grill if you wanted to grill as well as a couple hammocks. They had a vending machine with snacks including ramen bowls and a pop vending machine. There was a washer dryer set to do laundry as well. The room was very clean with a small microwave and fridge. If I had to stay here again I would!!!

Pros: kind staff, clean and comfortable bed, working AC. Appreciated the patio space to gather with my family staying down the hall. Cold drinking water dispenser and ice was a plus during this heatwave. Cons: several towels had remnants of stains, the shower could’ve been a little cleaner (tiny bit of mildew visible and some hairs throughout), the lobby and hallways had no AC, and the grill on the patio was very dirty with no brush in sight, in addition to many hazards present in the patio space (string lights with wires cut, pieces of fencing broken down and set aside, umbrellas never in the stands) Continental breakfast was *very* minimal and staff did not keep up well with restocking crucial items like plates, coffee, and milk. Most vending machines (including the juice one at breakfast) were out of order. Pool and jacuzzi did not appear to be regularly cleaned. T.V. guide didn’t match what the available channels actually were. This property seems to be terribly understaffed and unorganized, and possibly was once very nice. While our stay definitely could’ve been way worse, I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

My family has always enjoyed this hotel, but the property is beginning to look shabby. The bathroom floor tile had been repaired but felt like it was sagging underfoot. Decor is dated and everything just seemed “meh”. Pool was constantly out of towels and staff seemed surprised when we came to ask for them. Breakfast was mediocre at best.

Overall, loved our stay at White Pines Inn & Suites. Reception is always friendly and willing to help in any capacity. The pool is such a great plus for our family! Definitely recommend.

The hotel was very affordable. The room was clean and had plenty of space for my family. The employees were extremely friendly! The downsides were that the pool was out of order and breakfast wasn’t great. The hotel was generally clean, but not modern.

The price was good - but the room was over deodorized I am a migraine sufferer and it was very hard for me to be in the room the smell was SO STRONG! there was a little bit of mold around the soap dish in the shower and it was hard for me to get in and out of the tub for a shower as the bottom was super slippery and sloped in the middle. I overcame all that but when I used the ice machine on the first floor that is where I lost it. The amount of MOLD on that machine was overwhelmingly gross. I clean homes for a living and that is just not acceptable at all because there is NO way that could be overlooked if it was being checked. The pool was not heated either - we were looking forward to swimming - this was a night away from our home and kids and animals and we got to use the hot tub but not the pool. Also as we got out of the hottub some people came in with babies and put them in the hot tub with NO DIAPERS needless to say we didn't get back in after using it once. So sad

We had a lovely stay the staff were all very nice, the pool had floaty’s and life jackets for kids, which was awesome, we had our 10 month old with us and they even had a baby one. The room was clean and very comfortable, breakfast was basic, but no complaints it was good as well! They have an awesome coffee maker too!

The hotel is gorgeous and homey. The pool and hot tub were very nice. They had toys to play with and also float devices for the kids. . The food was great.

It is a little pricey for what you get, but overall stay was decent. The pool was warm, hot tub was nice. Friendly staff very helpful. Breakfast was good. Stayed two nights with my family of four. Beds are more of a Full instead of Queen size - but comfy.
