We booked a 2 night stay in a 1-bedroom King. We checked in around 7:00 p.m. on a Friday, and the personnel were very friendly, greeting us and both having a nice, professional demeanor. Our room was on the 3rd floor, and it was clean, but a little warm. So, we decided to turn the A/C on, but it wouldn’t work. We called the Front Desk and were told someone would come and look at it. We decided to leave to get a quick bite, and explore the surrounding area, but the door wouldn’t lock, meaning it could be pushed open without a key card. I went to the Desk this time and reported the issue. The attendant moved us to a different room because of the multiple issues. Not only did he move us, he actually upgraded us to a King with a pull-out sofa bed. We didn’t know about the upgrade until we walked into the room. We appreciated the upgrade. The pool/ whirlpool were clean and comfortable. The breakfast food was delicious and hot with both a mini-pancake and waffle makers. Overall, my family and I would stay again and recommend this Hotel!

The staff (especially Eric and manager) was excellent. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The room was nice. However, we had noisy children running around on floor above us.

Overall, this was an ok place to stay; however, the walls are paper thin and I could hear the person in the next room snoring, the pool area is not monitored at all - at one point there were about 30 people (mostly children) in the hot tub that has a capacity of 10.

Blake, Dominic, Breakfast attendant, Checkout lady (Maddie, maybe), everyone had the most pleasant countenance. Traveling with two babies, this hotel made my life easier without asking.

The hotel was ok. Unfortunately in the bathroom we discovered big clumps of hair on the shower curtain. A big turn off when all you want is a shower. The other thing was we signed a disclaimer about horseplay and noise. The first night there was children ruining in the hallway after 10 and morning was done about it. That's annoying

The property was very close to the family we were visiting so it was convenient. Only 2 miles away. I thought it was clean. Especially the lobby and breakfast area. We arrived early and they had a room we could take if we were OK with handicapped room and we were fine with it. The bedskirt around the bed was really dirty. The rest of the room was satisfactory. Staff were ALL extremely friendly. Breakfast bar was good and saved us time in the morning. The only thing was that people told us we were in a dangerous area. I did not witness anything that concerned me and we were alert when going in and out of the property. I would stay there again.

If I could rate this the worst experience I have ever had I would. From the room being so filthy and dirty to the Spiegel Manor that was smeared on the bathroom wall by the toilet. I don't know where to start this review it first started when we walked in to the room and I saw candy smashed in the carpet food crumbs under the bed food and chocolate smeared on the tile when you first walk in the door other room and it trailed to the sink by the bathroom. Or was that the horrible fish smell in the whole entire Hotel. When I went downstairs to ask for a different room or to have the room we cleaned, they said we'll see if we can get that done. She didn't say yes we can do that for you instead I waited over an hour for someone not to show up to the room because they were supposed to come and check the room out management was, management never came up. After an hour and a half went by I went downstairs told them we had to leave to go eat because it was already 7:30 p.m. we checked in at 4:30 p.m. when we came back the room was still filthy no one came up and management did not contact me or call nothing. When I was choosing this hotel I went off of the reviews that it said it was clean. I have no clue how this hotel has anything over a zero. The elevators we're filthy the pool was so dirty and cloudy it was disgusting also there was gum all over the tile the pool. There was not one part of this hotel that was not dirty and when I say dirty I mean filthy. The kids sock were black
