They Hotel was very pleasant & staff was very personable. The surrounding area is a little iffy but the property is completely safe. I would recommend this to any family or even single person. They accommodate anyone honestly.

The hotel itself is ok, the air conditioner in the room was very noisy. The pool was very dirty, the chlorine was way too strong and one very large group of guests took over it, yelling and diving and just being completely inconsiderate of others. The front desk guy tried to talk some sense into them but that didn’t help. I overheard him calling security but security never showed up. This was a big disappointment for my kids cause they really wanted to enjoy the pool but weren’t able to.

This is a great place to stay when we visit my husband’s family in Warren. It’s nice and clean, and offers a nice breakfast. We will continue to stay here whenever we come to Warren.

We were there on a weekend trip from Ontario, Canada. The front desk staff was polite and pleasant. Overall the hotel was clean and even though it was a long weekend and there were a few young children it was quiet. Our room was very clean and the bed comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and i came for a family get away this wasn't our first hotel choice. the hotel where we're stayed was awful so bad we left that hotel an came the Hampton suites..the best decision ever!!!! This hotel was amazing ...!! Can't wait to plan another trip this is we're my familyand I will be staying here..

The stay was ok the pool was had to much chlorine inside maintenance man was rude to my kids in the morning trying to put the kids out saying the pool was closed when the sign say 7am-11pm it was 8 am and he told them to get out didn’t y’all hear me say the pool was closed my niece went to the front desk in which she confirmed it was open the receptionist cleared it up and told them to come back in 30 mins

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. It was very close to the people we were visiting. Everything was very clean and seemed brand new. Breakfast was super yummy (banana waffles!). The room was a bit more roomy than the hotel down the road where we stayed two months ago (we are a family of four, and the last room was tiny). Every staff member that we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
