This was the most embarrassing day out of 60 years of my life going to hotels. This is the first time I’ve been so embarrassed and humiliated. The man called the police and said we did not pay for the hotel when we paid through Hotels.com the reservation paid the wrong hotel. The manager did not give me a chance to show her like I showed the police that the room have been paid for, my grandkids didn’t know what was going on. We were so embarrassed. Had the police come and talk to us and then walk us off the premises I would never say I have not received my refund from corporate or no one or Hotels.com.

Clean, professional, well-stocked breakfast, plenty of clean towels in room and at pool. Pool attendant & check-in staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially as we had our young grandchildren with us.

Absolutely great stay again! The service was superb. I was allowed early check in and late check out. The room was clean and comfortable. Had to stay here last month and got our same room this time. Quite area, near kid friendly attractions and restaurants. Right off the highway so easy to get to other things in Grand Rapids.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Our check in was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was close to restaurants and family friendly areas, without all the noise and questionable surroundings. The breakfast was hot, fresh and clean. The price was affordable and looking forward to our visit again next month! This was a nice stay after no power for 4 days!

Out of several dozen trips, this hotel has the best overall staff in all our experience. Ashley & Asia greeted us like new friends they had expected to meet that day. Patsy and Darius took care of our food needs as if we were family. The others were just as genuinely helpful, and I regret not getting all their names. We are booking this specific hotel every time we go to Grand Rapids. That's for sure!

Nice hotel, great breakfast options. Pool was freezing, even for my kids. The a/c was on high so mix that with cold water and it was not enjoyable. Everything else was great! There are a lot of restaurants and popular stores within 2-3 minutes of hotel.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property while we were in the Grand Rapids area.
