The hot tub was closed the first night, open for the remaining three nights, however the bubble feature did not work. The pool was nice. Things were clean.
The room was lovely and big. I only had housekeeping come and make up the room one day out of a four night stay. When I mentioned this with the front desk, they apologized but did nothing. I don’t know why this happened, I would have liked the room freshened.
The air conditioning is loud, but works. Think Frozen… I requested an extra duvet as the a/c was set to 61 F the day I arrived, the room was frigid.
Front desk staff while friendly, spend all their time in an office off to the side. You wait for many minutes for them to come address you when you stand at the front desk.
Breakfast was lackluster, but enough to help you start your day. You’ll likely need a morning snack though before lunch.
The restaurant next door looks closed and abandoned.
The motel seems to cater to tradesmen, construction crews etc. many large trucks in the lot- and they park up close to the building instead of further back in the lot so that families could park closer.
The room was fine for what I needed, a clean bed to rest. I wasn’t in the hotel other than to sleep.
I’m also a hockey mom and I’ve stayed in way worse.
If you are sensitive about your hotel experience, go elsewhere. If you just want an (outdated) but clean place to rest your head, and maybe a dip in the pool/ hot tub, try it. The price was right for what I needed/ got.

Just needed a cheaper place to stay while traveling the state visiting family for the night. All I expect out of a quick stay is clean bed/sheets and a clean room. We got that. Nice front desk (we came in late and left early) simple breakfast. A few things wrong if your really that picky, I'm not, like dripping faucets in the tub. But overall a good quick stop

ended up elevator not working. per reviews its been diwn for a few months. i did however receive notification a week out the elevator was broke. After contacting the hotel i was assured a 1st floor . I got there at 4:30 and was given a 2nd flr. with my mobility issues that was a flat NO. With polite conversation the day Manager accommodated my family with a 1st floor honoring my guarantee email. He knew he would take on the possible wrath of another guests. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Only thing i missed with grandchildren was no microwave. My bad. I found the location quiet and easily accessible. Kids really enjoyed the pool and it was just a bit cloudy.

Elevator and fitness area had been closed for weeks. Baymont did not notify anybody in advance so other arrangements could be made. We had numerous kids, a pregnant woman and very heavy luggage and other items to try to get up 3-4 flights of stairs! Last year I stayed there and there was a hot breakfast offered. This year it was not. I will never stay at another Baymont!

We have 5 children and they put us on the 4th floor with the elevator out of service the whole weekend. There was mold in the bathroom as well as peeling wallpaper in the rooms with mold underneath. There was a large hole in the bathtub that was all rusted too. I left a message for a manager with the front desk when we checked out, I called 2 days later and spoke with a woman manager who said she never received any message and then she told me that she couldn’t refund any of my money because I booked through Expedia and if they were to refund me money then they would have to pay Expedia more money. She told me to call Expedia and make a complaint. Terrible customer service.

It was a fine hotel for one night to get to the airport (great price, 15 minutes to airport). Room was shabby, dingy carpet with holes- could use a sprucing up with updates. Room was for five (reservation for five) but only had two queen beds. When asked about the picture of online with sleeper sofa they said they weren’t available. Not sure where the miscommunication was as we needed to sleep five. We ended up with rollaway bed for an extra $10 a night. Continental breakfast was typical and perfect for the kids before hitting the road. I can’t say I’d stay here again but if looking for an inexpensive option by the hotel this works.

We picked this Baymont because they had an indoor pool & hot tub. Our family from Wyoming & Grandville joined us.
We called ahead and the staff was kind enough to ascertain a room on the first floor as an early check in.
The hotel is a bit older but clean and well maintained.

First thing we noticed was it was posted that the pool and hot tub were closed. This was the primary reason we chose this hotel which upset the kids. The TV in the room was mounted several feet to high due to using a old box tv stand and not getting a modern flat screen stand. The rest of the stay was ok, but wouldn't recommend for a stay with kids

Pool was closed and that is the reason I booked 4 rooms for my entire family with 9 grand kids
