Loved it super clean. Great staff. Safe and comfortable ambiance. Great breakfast. For the price this is an awesome hotel. Will be coming back with more family.

You get what you pay for. That’s pretty much how I would sum up the stay at this hotel. It was definitely very affordable, and it showed in the amenities. The pool was the highlight for our kids. The room was decent size and the beds were fairly comfortable but the pillows were atrocious. So thin and not supportive at all. Our toilet overflowed and the front desk just said they would move us to another room, rather than sending someone to plunge it. We offered to plunge it ourselves because of the inconvenience it would be to move for 1 night. We went down to get the plunger and fixed the problem ourselves.

Sheets and pillowcases were scratchy, not smooth. Bathroom sink had a big crack in it. There was a large group of parents with young children there fora tournament and those kids left popcorn,drinks, and pizza everywhere. Running down the halls and screaming, while the parents were in the lobby. Not the hotels fault for bad parenting.

With a reservation we were initially turned away because they had no rooms clean because ALL their cleaning staff had quit that day!! The pool and hottub broken, breakfast was horrid!! Staff was so nice and apologetic. These are young kids running your dirty property! Carpet filthy, room beatup and out dated. Very sad property!!
