Simple review, Paid for a room, upon check in was told that room wasn’t available. They wanted us to downgrade at our cost. I cussed the kid out at the desk, 2 minutes later they “found” the room I paid for was available. They simply wanted us to take a cheap room so they could book another guest into our more expensive room.

Great location. Comfortable spacious room, clean, quiet and easy parking. Only issue we had was we requested housekeeping (this was something they asked me at check in) but they never came. Not a huge a problem as the front desk staff were happy to replenish towels as there were only 2 towels provided that didn’t work for our family of 4. We have great experiences and wonderful food at both the bistro and the restaurant. We will definitely stay again when in the area.
