Guest is the best customer service representative for that company . He was thorough and kind and seem like you really cared. Room was spacious and the kids had a blast.

Went with family: smelled off in room and air conditioning was very loud when came on. But room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was super friendly. Nice hot breakfast. Nice pool: no hot tub. Overall: would stay again

Mario was amazing the evening I stayed there. He balanced an onslaught of people and calls while staying on point as well as kind. He kept my wine flowing, conversed with regular guests and kept the vibe upbeat. Room was spotless. Slept like a baby. Highly recommend.

The room we had easily accommodate my family. Your money goes far at this hotel. The staff was very polite and helpful. Location was very ideal. Almost every restaurant and shopping store was in the same street

Pictures do not do justice to this hotel. Rooms are huge, modern and beautiful. Fridge and kitchen are huge. Great amenities, close to a lot of shopping and dining. Customer service was excellent! Mario at the front is the best! He also texts you throughout your stay to make sure you have everything you need. When I needed towels I texted him, when I wanted the spa pool heat turned up I texted him. Mario got on it right away! He is on top of everything! This has got to be one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! My family didn’t even want to leave the hotel to go out and do things. They preferred staying at the hotel then going to beach or other activities lol.

The people who work here put this place above all the other hotels. From checking in to the staff working when we were eating breakfast. My family and I travel a lot and have stayed in 100+ hotels. Service here is by far our top 3 as far as service and friendliness. The staff running the hotel very much take pride in what they do and they should. They’re doing great! Thank you!

The hotel was clean, quiet and close driving distance to the airport and many restaurants. Our suite was conducive to having nearby family to stop in.
