Holiday Inn Express Grand Rapids Airport North, an IHG Hotel

Hotel was clean and nicely renovated, room was spacious and great for family trip (small fridge and microwave in room). Bathroom was clean. Beds very comfortable. Pool was a good size for the kids to play. Breakfast was much nicer than most hotels with continental style option.

The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. My kiddos loved All the breakfast options. Having access to almond milk and soy chocolate milk was the top of their list! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great hotel for a family: good pool, near a Meijer and had a great breakfast with a very attentive employee constantly restocking and checking the breakfast options.

We would stay here again. It was clean, kids swam in the pool and my husband used the gym. Breakfast was good. Nice open spaces in lobby. Room was set up well with mini frig and microwave. My only complaint is check-in and check out took a little while. At check in they started with one staff member and there were 3 of us in line. A second staff member was called out. At check out, only one staff member and again, I had to wait.

My family and I enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Check in was very polite and informational. We enjoyed the hotel pool our first evening which was kept very clean. The water levels went up to 5'3" if I recall correctly, which allowed both the adults and the children in my group a fun swim session. Our room was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning had a wide variety of options for the whole family. If I am ever in the area again, I would book this hotel again.

The hotel was very nice, but not having any cribs or pack and plays available for babies is kind of a big deal. Leaving babies on the floor in January isn't a great solution and one that the staff probably shouldn't suggest.

This hotel was very clean and nice. The location was nice. It was right next to a Meijer and there were lots of restaurants close by. The pool was nice and the kids loved it. The breakfast was very good and they had a good selection. They had a nice patio area with a firepit out back at night.

Nice hotel located right off the highway and near a bunch of places to eat. From the second we checked in, Anika was more than helpful and welcoming. She even brought more blankets to our room to make the stay more comfortable. We were there for a Futsal tournament that was played at the MSA Fieldhouse which was right across the street. The convenience of being able to walk to and from the hotel in between games was a big plus. The kids were able to eat, relax and swim in their spare time without the stress of having to stay at the facility all day long. The rooms themselves were clean and spacious. I love the simple yet modern layout of Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was ok and ready each morning. Finally, outside of the comfortable stay, the staff there was amazing and even let us extend checkout past 12noon after our team schedule was altered when we qualified for the playoffs. I was so worried that I was not going to be able to check out on time and be charged another night but they relieved that stress by simply extending the checkout which was smooth. I have gone to Grand Rapids for this tournament for 4 years now and have stayed here every time. Between the convenience of location, comfortable rooms, and nice staff I will aim to stay here next time we come back.
