Was a very loud place to stay children running up and down the halllways in the middle of the night. The room of above very noisy finally quieted down at 4am. Will make sure I never book a room there ever again

I had to fix the toilet myself it would flush I had to adjust the baffle inside tank also the beds are not comfortable kids loud I really came for business snd visit family but I didn’t get not one good night of rest

They ran out of sausage almost an hour beforehand. Glad that Chobani yogurt was available one morning. Why isn’t a bath tub in a king sized room? That was extremely disappointing to find out after settling into the room. The lady was nice enough to provide orange juice even after closing a minute ago. The staff was extremely nice. I wish there was towels available within the pool setting or that it was known that there is a laundry machine set available to be used. Beautiful place. Nice enough to allow a later check out for the sake of my children.

There was no stay. We arrived just after midnight to find out this hotel overbooked and gave our room away. We had reservations since August 18. There were 3 other families there in the same boat. The night manager said this happens all the time, because their system allows for overbooking. This comes AFTER I called to confirm the room, letting them know we would be in late due to our flight. We had to go to another property and finally got settled in sometime after 1am. Thankfully we didn't have to sleep in our car. This is unnaceptable and I plan to call IHG and let them know about this as well.

This property is new. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast featured a make-your-own pancake machine, which my kids loved. Other food options are less than 5 miles away. It is super convenient to the Grand Rapids airport. We highly recommend.

There was a big group that was there and the facility did nothing when we let them know about the late night noise or the kids running up and down the hallways banging on doors all hours. It was ridiculous that not one thing was done about it.
