The girl working at the front desk the day I checked in with made me feel like a family Member and a great friend. She was amazing and deserves an award!!!!

We had an issue with kids slamming doors but the staff was prompt at taking care of the noise. Perfect weekend and the hotel was beyond quiet with it being fully booked never heard people passing room or talking. Definitely on our list to return. Staff was friendly and outgoing. The GM even helped me in our room.

Truly unfortunate timing. There was a rowdy group of people that was present… management didn’t resolve situation for almost 2-2.5 hours. When we spoke with management in the morning, all we got was a “sorry”. Hampton inn is usually a solid family base, and it felt like it should’ve been dealt with quicker in the early wee hours of the morning.

The hotel was renovating rooms and floors. We booked a room with a king bed and a pull out sofa for our kids. We got placed in a room that didn’t have a sofa but the staff was quick to correct the situation. The room was clean and quiet and the breakfast was delicious!

The staff was so friendly and helpful on the phone to see if we could check in early ( there for a family event) and when we arrived. Our room had the desk lights on above it, which made it cozy to walk into the room. The breakfast area was nice and the food hot. Great stay. Would stay at this Hampton again

Breakfast was not great but glad it was included. The pool is small and there were towels left out overnight and still there in the morning. Our room was missing items but since were there just for the night, it wasn't worth trying to get (ex: coffee and cups but no coffee maker). We were put in that furthest room away from everything. The terrace level is basically the basement. We were in the very last room. It was big and spacious but it was very humid and damp in the room despite the air. It was fine because we had a baby and wouldn't disturb anyone if she cried but still, it was very unwelcoming being so far away and in the basement.

Asking for a room close to my own brother was a chore and had to switch rooms and floors because mis information led us to be in a room with 1 bed and 3 kids, which was explained in my reservation that 2 beds were needed. The couch bed smelled like someone peed on it as well
