My daughter had surgery scheduled in the GR area, so our trip wasn’t planned for fun. However, we were close enough to the Zoo (few minute drive) to check out the Lantern Festival on the first night. The hotel wasn’t in the city, so it was quiet even though it was just a few miles north. The hotel was very newer, very clean and modern. The lobby was inviting. My daughter and I actually spend the evening post surgery down in the lobby playing board games and hanging out on the egg chairs inside the lobby. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Pool seemed smaller and there was not a hot tub (those things didn’t bother me, but just giving a heads up). However, the lobby and outdoor area definitely offered more. I would recommend this hotel to friends/family, and I do plan on staying here again during our mid summer visit.

Relaxing and comfy. Multiple events in the city and it wasn't noisy with kids running everywhere.

We always love staying at Tru properties. I will say that the change to the pancake maker from the waffle maker is unfortunate. That might be my families preference though and can't be held against the property. My wife went to get some breakfast, albeit a bit late, but the pancake machine was down, there was no milk, and no cereal available.

We chose this property because it was located near wedding and family events. It is very clean and has a lobby that is great for visiting with small groups.

Love this hotel!! We have always had a good stay here. The only complaint the kids had is the pool was too cold to swim….please use the heater.

From walking into the front door I was impressed with how bright and colorful the lobby was. The room was very clean and modern. They had games for kids and an outdoor patio with a fire pit. We loved everything about this hotel except how much noise you can here from the halls and upstairs. I had a small child above me that banged toys on the ground until 2am and started back up at 7. As long as you get someone quiet above you this place is perfect!!

Very quick and friendly check-in. The lobby Had lots of family games plus the foos-ball tables; which came in handy for grandkids on a rainy night. The rooms were very clean; hotel was only a year old, so very modern and updated.

Stayed here 3 nights, rooms were nice and clean, staff was always friendly, only one piece of advice that I would give is that the front desk could help out with breakfast, the breakfast lady was working so hard with all the people and the front desk girl wasn’t busy or doing anything, she could at least help Pull the trash, this isn’t on the hotel, hotel is great, just sowetimea you have that one employee who doesn’t pitch in, but the breakfast lady definitely needs a raise!!! She was great and friendly with my kids also
