The front desk staff were polite and helpful, but the room was not very clean. There was a bad smell when we arrived, but it cleared after we left the window open for about two hours. We had considered leaving when we entered the room, but after it was aired out, we did not notice the smell again during our two-night stay. The carpeting in the room was very dirty. Our kids’ white socks were black on the bottom. We couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. The beds and bathroom were clean enough. The free breakfast was nice and offered enough options for the family. It was nothing fancy, bagels, cereal, fruit, yogurt, eggs, etc., but perfect for us.

Staff was polite. The whole hotel was very noisy, slamming doors, kids running up and down the hallways, being very loud. When I checked in and given my room key and info, I quickly found out that the room I was given was dirty and not cleaned in time for check in. I had to go back down to the desk and get a different room.

I enjoyed my stay very much. We received a very good breakfast everyday and was always different. My children loved the swimming pool. It was a little warm for me to sit in there watching them cause I didn't go in the water but very warm for them so that was nice. Staff was very helpful and I would stay there again and recomend it to my family and friends.
