Very good experience for my wife and I on our third time visiting while we attended to family in Revere. Very helpful staff and excellent quality facility.

Very nice property, prices were awesome!! Came down from NH to see the Celtics game with my husband and kids! It then turned into one of my twins being hospitalized @ Children’s Boston! So I’m very thankful we were down in MA when we needed to be!

Close to the subway. Rooms are new and look great. The breakfast is worth it alone especially if you have a big family. They have free laundry which was a huge bonus and a shuttle to the airport. Target is close by and 7-11, Wendy’s and a grocery store and a Tesla supercharger station is by Wendy’s.

We had a terrible accident and Manager Joanne? Joleen? Was incredible. I am so sleep deprived I shouldn’t be writing this review until tomorrow when I can remember her name.
But she was so considerate, constantly checking in about my parents and helping me with my very young kids. The hotel itself was beautiful with a fully loaded continental breakfast.
Uber wasn’t working for me and I wasn’t going to try and sort out a bus with small kids. So a cab was $30-$35/way into downtown and took about 20-25 minutes.
I would recommend this hotel for sure!!

For the money, I would choose a better hotel in downtown Boston. This is not in a good location. The hotel while supposedly new is very run down. The entry is the only clean area. Hallways are very dirty and haven’t been vacuumed in weeks.
Checked in to first room and the sheets had hair and fresh blood stains. Asked for a new room. Second room also had rumpled sheets and hair in them, indicating they had not been changed. Asked for original room and to have new sheets to put on bed. Maids came immediately and put “fresh” linens on. To be honest they either don’t have a good dryer or they have me used “fresh” sheets as they were rumpled and crinkled after they put them on. Had to request the bed coverings be changed as well as they looked like they had other bodily fluids on them.
After all that, the deadbolt for the door did not work. Requested maintenance around 5 pm and they did not arrive to fix the issue until after 7. Did not feel safe traveling with two young children and no properly working door and placed at the end of the hallway with a stairwell.
Due to the issues and now the time of night, we had to dine downstairs in the lounge area. Food was overpriced and school lunch quality.
Only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle service. It arrived early 5:50 am for our 6 am service. We arrived at airport at 6:11.
Would definitely never stay here again and would be happy to pay more money for a nicer hotel with better dining choices & location.

They left us (me and a 3/5year old) at the airport for over an hour to be picked up and could not communicate the arrival gate. We got in the van and realized the front desk staff can’t communicate well on their radios. they surprise you with an extra security deposit at this location, I asked for extra sheets because the kids were cold and they never came, the shower we got still had hair in it. On the plus side the rest of the hotel seems clean.

The hotel was new and modern. However, we found hair in our bed and we had stained sheets. Also, it’s very inconvenient to have to order food at the bar. Traveling alone with young children this is a huge inconvenience. When I booked the reservation, there was no notice of paid parking. I was surprised by this.
We frequently use Holiday Inn and have never previously been charge for parking by the company. This was disappointing.

Other than the room was a little small for our family, it was perfect for what we needed it for. Sleeping and basing for our travel. The room and hotel overall were some of the cleanest I have ever encountered. Staff was helpful and friendly and we had a great stay.

I didn't like the fact my wallet got locked in the safe and the staff made me wait over 24 hours to reset and open the safe very big inconvenience especially when I have to get family to send me money to feed my family because I couldn't get my wallet out of a safe that was malfunctioning....no apologies no money off my stay nothing for the amount of money my wife paid it's ashame because this use to be our favorite hotel in the Massachusetts area

Pros: newer hotel, convenient location (across from Target, walking distance to the train station, less than 10 minutes drive to Revere Beach), quiet room as walls seemed to be insulated, staff was nice, complimentary breakfast was good, washers and dryers on site free to use, nice gym with new equipments, plenty of parking space ($15 per night).
Cons: Housekeeping wasn't great. We found a big brown stain on our comforter and some small stains on our pillowcases. Room wasn't thoroughly vacuumed. As with every hotel now, no daily cleaning service was provided. Housekeeper did come in to empty trash, made the bed and provide new towels every two days for us. The pillows were awful and flat as pancakes. They provided no support whatsoever. Toilet paper was rough like sandpaper. The inside pool was tiny more suitable for kids than swimming.
