Customer service was poor. In addition to staying we also had a contract for a pool birthday party.
Well, the pool and pool area was super cold that the kids did not want to swim. They also are not allowed to use the hot top or sauna and a parent was reprimanded after bringing her son in the sauna to get warm.
It was a mess and I was embarrassed since I was the one hosting.
… when I talked to the front desk, after the teens watching over us and enforcing the rules agreed the pool and room temperature is never this cold, the front desk noted that something did ha-pen over night where it was not heating but fine now.. this is untrue.
I was not offered any other options or compensation. Just an apology that did it seem genuine.
Later after the party we were given money off the party but honestly it was not even remotely enough to feel like there was any real care.
Picture shows how cold

The kids liked the pool a lot, the adults enjoyed the friendly environment of the CJ restaurant as well as the hotel itself. Being located downtown in a Plymouth is a big pro.

The pool was decent, but the waterslide took some skin off, and my son also got hurt on the water slide. The room was decent, the pillows and beds were horrible to sleep on, they had no comfort and very lumpy and flat. My husband and i only got probably about five hours of sleep. Very disappointed and would not recommend thus hotel to any of my friends or family.

Lovely room, seemed recently renovated, very clean. The communal areas needed some attention, particularly the changing rooms at the pool which were very old and dirty. Pool was cold when we were ther en but the slide was fun for the kids. The arcade was a big hit for the kids too. The restaurant attached was lovely with friendly staff. Over all for the money definitely worth it.

Honestly the room was good and the location was great with a quick walk to everything the major downside was the pool it was filthy as was the changing rooms. I dragged my kids out of the pool quickly when I noticed how filthy it was. The girl in there watching over it was only bothered about people in the pool at the bottom of the slide or kids going in the hot tub she literally let everything else slide. A girl was eating ice cream in the pool and left the half eaten tub on the edge of the pool, there were dirty bandaids floating in the pool, kids running round jumping in the pool, a young boy vaping and clearly playing with his girlfriends genitalia under the water was very obvious. I pulled my kids out utterly disgusting. The changing rooms were a disgrace.

The staff are very nice, welcoming & responsive. The bathroom was covered in hair like it hadn’t been vacuumed since the last guest . The tun wouldn’t drain so I picked up the drain cover & it was covered in hair. I had to pull it off myself to get the tub to drain then called for maintenance to come in the morning to fix it. They did. The pool was the best part but it isn’t all working like the pictures show. The hot tub stopped heating the last day we were there & it wasn’t fixed before we left the next day. Ceiling tiles are dirty/water stained. The arcade was a blast! We didn’t get to try the spa. We would return if the mattresses are replaced, the cleanliness of the room is better. It is a great location & the pool & arcade are great for little kids.

My family was very disappointed we booked a one night stay on the Fourth of July so we could have easy walkable access to all the events including parade & fireworks. I called to confirm we could park before checkin and told yes. The reason for our stay was to make things easy for the family with two kids. I was that they would be taking plate numbers to ensure only guests were parked at the hotel. This was not the case. When we arrived there were no parking spots and were told- you’re not official guests until check in time. So we parked about a mile away from the hotel and walked to the parade about 2 miles away. Later in the day we checked in, parked and went out to fish at a nearby pond. When we came back the lot was filled again, likely due to the fireworks that evening. I saw people with dogs and wagons getting out of their cars (not guests). The hotel was not checking plates and actual guests could not Park. We did see the fireworks but ended up going home instead of staying the night. Additionally, the pool area needed repair, the deck was gross and falling apart, the tables outside chipping, the curtains in the bathroom changing rooms full of mold. Overall the place was old and falling apart. However the room we were in did seem newer and redone recently. Lastly, the restaurant attached to the hotel was poor on all accounts. Although we had a very nice waitress, the food, atmosphere and time it took to get the food was terrible. Don’t go here!!!!!

While it's convenient to Plymouth Rock, it was dirty. Older building with some upgrades. Great place for kids, my son enjoyed the pool and waterslide. Neighborhood was a little sketchy. They locked the front doors by 8PM.
