We had a great time. Hotel was clean and very family friendly. It is close to the interstate but the noise did not interrupt sleep. (My daughter said it was better than other hotels that are completely quiet). Breakfast was plentiful and had great choices.

Staff, coffee/breakfast, room comfort beautiful facility were all great. Had to request room to be refreshed (fresh towels/trash removed). This is hotel policy - not mentioned up front on Expedia or check-In. Returned after a long day at family funeral to trash and no fresh towels to shower. Once this was rectified, great stay.

Adequate, and great staff. But a one bedroom suite is not what you think it is, i.e., a one bedroom suite. Nope, it's one room with a bed and small foldout. That's a junior suite, but not to the Fairfield, apparently. And the traffic noise and trash outside the window by the highway...yuck.

Pool wasn’t usable, kids were very disappointed. Loved the updated interiors and room was sufficiently clean. Was disappointed that I chose this hotel partly for the free breakfast and then the eggs were pre-mixed with bacon…when there was a big pan of bacon right there as well. Not suitable for vegetarians and should be listed on your website.

Very clean and well-decorated. Comfortable beds. The kids loved the pool while mom and dad loved the bar! Staff at the front desk were very pleasant. Beautiful fireplace to cozy up with a drink.

One night stay for a family event. Apart from the minor mixup with the rooms (a front desk staff gave my brother in law keys to our room which we had already checked into) it was a nice stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, shower pressure so good I didn’t want to get out, a very nice hot and cold complimentary breakfast. Hard to believe the hotel was right next to a busy Highway. You just saw the cars zooming by without noise

The hotel is relatively new and has nice interiors. Bathroom could be cleaner. Found hair in the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise. we were given a room facing the highway. Everyone in the family had trouble sleeping and we are not light sleepers. The noise from the highway is loud. Please choose another hotel as the location of the hotel is poor.
