The hotel was perfect for our needs. As there isn't much around we ate at the hotel and happily the food was great, attentive bartender/server and good prices. The breakfast was also good, and nice and quick to get. The pool was perfect for kids. There were some noisy people in the hallway, but that isn't hotels fault. I would stay again.

Our trip to Wachusett Mountains led us to the Hilton hotel primarily for its pool, a feature we considered crucial for our kids' enjoyment. Despite other options in closer proximity to the mountains, we opted for Hilton for this reason. Regrettably, upon arrival, no one informed us that the pool was closed. Despite our efforts to seek assistance, we found no resolution as the manager expressed an inability to assist us further. The experience turned out to be the most disappointing stay of our lives, leaving our children immensely frustrated. We earnestly hope for a better experience in the future with this hotel. Additionally, we hope that someday the hotel will provide an opportunity for us to change our review to a positive one.

Everything is nice and comfortable but the floors are thin. We’re unlucky to be in a room below where kids were jumping up and down.

The room was clean and typical. The staff was pleasant and we had no trouble with check-in/out.
The only concern was that the hotel is currently being used for people who are homeless, and they are integrated throughout the hotel. I'm not against supporting our homeless, but I had to keep an extra eye out for my daughter, there was trash in pool area, and kids misbehaving in the pool without supervision. There was a room full of teenagers in the room next to us and I had to call the front desk at 10:45pm at night bc they were jumping around and screaming. Turns out that the hotel booked their parents/chaperones down the hall from them instead of next door to them, so the adults were then screaming down the hall to them to be quieter.
I really like this hotel and want to stay there again, but more monitoring in common areas, better booking/placement of multiple parties in the same group, and a more discrete approach to housing the homeless would really help.

There were noisy people, children and dogs in the hallway at all hours.
The bedding was uncomfortable.
The HVAC system did not work properly.
The keycards failed and had to be reprogrammed at an inconvenient hour.

Our junior suite had stains on the curtains, couch, lamp shade, walls in bathroom.
Toilet clogged.
Pool ran out of towels so I went to front desk to ask for more on Sat evening. The employee was not very nice at all. She said there were no more. I said ok I guess I’ll go up to my room then and she said at that point well I can give you a regular towel. I said yes please. She handed them to me never said anything and was clearly annoyed. For the price of a suite I would have expected much more. We were very disappointed.

Hotel was great, clean and my full family enjoyed the breakfast. They charged around $13 per person but it was good. What we did not like is that they did not change the towels or make the bed on weekends. I understand it is covid now and we cannot get all amenities but if it would be great if they can give fresh towels everyday.
