Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Leominster

Rained all day first day. The pool was good for our child.

My family and I stayed here just for a weekend getaway. The staff was nice and everything was well organized. The only thing we noticed was that upon arrival in our room, the bed sheets didn't look too clean. We noticed small stains on them. Also the next day, we didn't receive any housekeeping service. They said rhey would come back but they didn't. We went out and when came back, the room was still undone. Overall we had a good stay and we also got free warm tasty cookies. The kids really love them!

My partner and our 13 year old stayed at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel Leominster and loved all parts of our stay from the smooth check-in with a warm cookie to the clearly articulated norms for the pool and breakfast. It was my kiddo's first ever hotel stay and he rated it a "10 out of 10!" Thanks for the wonderful breakfast, the high quality service and all of the joy your attention to quality customer service brought to our stay!

Everything was good I just thought the king bed should of been more comfortable then the queen beds but other that my kids love it ! Especially the pool lol thank you 😊

Hotel was perfect for our family and staff was extremely courteous

I was hesitant to book this property from the beginning, however, it was close to family we were visiting - When we arrived the front desk let us know they didn’t have a king bed accessible room available and that they can’t change my room type- I was confused because we reserved a standard king room (not accessible), and paid in full months in advance for the room. They finally settle something in their system and give me a room, when we get to our room it’s an accessible room and the room is a mess, wallpaper pulling away from the walls, furniture threadbare, and stains on the bed. I went back to the front desk, who told me if I was unhappy with the room to come back and they would find another, and let them know I wasn’t happy with the room - at this point the front desk agent who seemingly was new but doing her best looks over at a gentleman dressed in plain clothes but who had been watching the conversation the entire time and asked him to come over - with visible disgust he let me know that they can’t change my room type and that this was a huge inconvenience! After some awkward angry he let us know that he had to move other people out of their rooms the next week to make it happen because he issues rooms as guests check in? I was in shock at the experience. We have booked for three nights, paying over $200 per night for the hotel and treated so terribly. Our new room was in worse condition - and the bathroom was dirty. Really surprising for a Hilton property

There was a used toothbrush on top of the mirror as well as a ROTTING tooth literally a tooth sitting on top of the little towel hanger in the bathroom. My son crawled around to play with his sister and his legs and feet turned black from the dirt. *they were Vacuumed just clearly not clean. The shower curtain was white so I could see giant black stains on it. We had on and off experience with staff. The actual interactions with cleaning staff were so pleasant they were always so nice. The overnight front desk lady was asleep at her desk but I don’t blame her and she was pleasant when she did wake up. I did however wait for the elevator at one point and one of the front desk woman was talking badly about a customer wanting a return to the other woman. Not a huge deal but kind of a put off for people in hospitality. We just wanted a night away with a pool for the kids to enjoy. It kind of seemed like paying for a cheaper hotel would’ve been the same as staying here. In the past I have always had great experience with the Hilton hotels but not this one. Oh and don’t pay the extra to include breakfast because it doesn’t.
